Picked her up Thursday night! I'll get more pics when it isn't raining =). This car turns head like nothing I've seen before. Plans include the Go-wing, HIDs, true duals, 5% tint, carbon fiber trim interior pieces, door sills, chrome tank, new stereo, and rims =D. Got her tinted today, so more pics later.

I left the amp at the same setting I had it at with my old 10" L7's. The amp is a little Hifonics Bx1605d, so I am underpowering this thing by a whole lot. Today I decided it was ok to go ahead and really let it knock and thats exactly what it does! Even with this amp. I am very impressed with the sub. Loud is an understatement! Videos are listed below. My girl freinds younger cousins reaction. (Heard me 10" L7's the day before i got the BTL in the truck and said they were the loudest things hes ever heard.) My friends and I decided to use our 4WD this weekend, so we headed up north to the dunes at Silver Lake. It was me in the almost stock ZR2, my buddy in a stock Cherokee, and another buddy in a stock Silverado Z71. None of us got stuck up there and we made it up every hill we tried (never attempted Test Hill though). If you ever have an opportunity to come up here, especially when you're driving, take it. I forgot to post these pics of my daily driver.. this car was built by my friend Brian Scott who was the only reason I was able to start my shop years ago.. he owns his own shop "Sounds and Motion" in Houghton Michigan.. He's the best abstract engineer of custom audio installations i've ever known. Most people can think up great ideas but he's the type that builds through all those idea's amazing.. some of this early job's (pre-pimp me ride) just blew people away and I can't type enough about how awesome his skills are.. anyway here's some pics. yay for me! ruger mkIII w/ barska red dot. has a 5 moa dot when cranked up, a lil big, but it'll drive nails at 25yds and stay under 2" at 50yd. 2002 L200, my daily driver POS... lol 1 RE SX 15 at 1500 RMS off a ov5500D(temporary till my kx2500 gets repaired) This is a temporary setup as i have another one of these subs and a much larger amp to install, just had to have some daily bass until then. The voltage doesnt dip below 12.8 for even really hard and long notes, tends to float around 14V constant when warmed up. kYkKVNeznTk

Yes, I've done that too. And don't worry, this was just for fun 05 xxx 18, 8 cubes @ 32 hz (this was the daily tune...we've changed the port for 45 hz now) and a whimpy Ground Zero amp (around 1.8kw). I think I used a 38Hz tone. The car was quite a crowd pleaser and the fun part was nobody at the comp played music. Today was just the warm-up and test session so we didn't care too much about the batteries. The doors flexed like hell. We tied them up today. Also duct taped the door seams. I hope we didn't shoot ourselfes in the leg with what we did to the car today...

heres a short vid of my system in the GA. one atlas 15. sealed 2.5cf RE12.1 amp at 4ohms. not too bad, guessing somehwere in the low 130's on music maybe mid 130's on tone. i wanted to play a different song but the damn HU skips so i had to pick a different song.
