Well, the car show is over and it was pretty crazy. This is the last year it will be in my hometown, but it was a good last run. I believe somebody said there were over 500 cars in the show, so these pictures aren't even close to being conclusive of the show. These were just a few cars that I liked. I wish I could have gotten a picture of the cars wrapped around the pond but I didn't get a chance to. Anyways, hope you like these pics.

Last weekend. Local Fall Festival and show-n-shine. Not many cars, about 30, half of them classic cars. Very nice. Only a few had systems. All were basic set-ups (I.E. subs in a box thrown in the trunk, amps hidden or mounted on seat backs, etc.) Didn't win anything, but got alot of compliments so my day was made. The lady bought a Christmas gift for a "full moon" dinner cruise... Unfortunately I had issues with getting my actual camera out to the event with us so I used a pocket camera and didn't get much of the full moon as I'd have liked to... Here are some edits from the cruise...

To my dismay this thing was seized up, it wasnt going anywhere. Should house a Sundown 100.4 and a pair of SD-1 10's soon. Just finished the woodworking, carpeting is going on now. I'll post some pics when it's all in and carpeted. As soon as the amp gets here, I'll build a plate to flush off the amprack.

I left the amp at the same setting I had it at with my old 10" L7's. The amp is a little Hifonics Bx1605d, so I am underpowering this thing by a whole lot. Today I decided it was ok to go ahead and really let it knock and thats exactly what it does! Even with this amp. I am very impressed with the sub. Loud is an understatement! Videos are listed below. My girl freinds younger cousins reaction. (Heard me 10" L7's the day before i got the BTL in the truck and said they were the loudest things hes ever heard.) One hell of an entry level system < $600 in equiptment/waires/everything for hte headunit and < 650 total (enclosure and kick pods). I think i did pretty well for Amanda no? Hifonics 4channel amp comes in tomarrow, well could have come in today but because it was being shipped to her house there was no one there to sign for it so i have to go pick it up tomarrow. these hollywood sound speaks seemed kinda wimpy to me but for $55 they look worthy. Of course weight has little to do with performance, but i like beefy speakers. I had to remind myself they are a set of componets that retail at $175 if you're luckey. slow at work today. got some work done. (i used the atlas for teh pics not the brahma) inverted? pretty much. the blue tape you see is covering the "material" i used for the sub accent. and is the spot for my shop logo. there will be lots of fiberglass panels still to be made...... hehe. and the amp rack is next. enjoy.

I use x-tra thick bacon, brown sugar, and hickory chips. Everyone loves it. I'll have more pics in an hour or two, when it's done.
