Just had these 22" wheels installed this morning. My selection was a bit limited but I got a really good deal on them. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. Nice upgrade from the stock wheels. Pictures are from my iPhone but they came out alright.

well, I picked up some cheap rims/tires for the Camaro so that I could fit disc brakes on it. they're 15" rims from a 3rd gen. not my first choice, but they're growing on me. definitely works for now. + =

As many of you may or may not know, I was involved in a pretty serious collision roughly four weeks ago. After four weeks I basically got fed the hell up and decided to go car shopping in Houston today, looking basically at Crown Vic's, Audi A4's, and Lexus IS's. this is the UGLIEST install i have done or will ever do. It was a last minute thing and i really really really wanted to try out my Merlin2's Day 1: hmmm i wonder lies underneath this fine packaging top: MD 22 (sub) Bottom: MD41 (comps) MD22 vs a Viper 1200.1 that does twice the power of the merlin. MD41 vs 9.2 Day 2: Stoopid gas tank... ruins my ability to compete teh ghetto install (im soo soo ashamed of this): well there it is. At least it sounds nice I was gonna bridge the 41 into 2 channels, but i didnt have any y adaptors so im only running 50w off my rainbows. (review on next post)

Not too shabby for $300. I must say, the gaskets are wonderful. They fit rather snug compared to the other drivers I've had. Manufacturers take note.

Last friday on my way home on 460 west, right at loud n clear or whatever the audio shop is, i spotted a ferrari. Of course i knew this couldn't be a ferrari in princeton, must be a mera. Turned the stratus around and stopped to talk to the guy, asked him if it was a mera and he seemed shocked i even knew what a mera was. Anyyyway the car was in excellent shape for its age (20 years) but definately needed some TLC, i asked if i could take some pics, he said it would be fine, he had just had the interior redone (nicely) and said he was getting a sound system put in it. (i wish he would bring it over and let me and dave do it right beside the BMW) anyway..pics
