i've got avg, and ad-aware....tried hijack this(though to be honest, i couldn't find the file that avg points out) and it's still there. also, i can't use system retore. says it can't restore to earlier date, even though it's turned on and there were (i turned it off and then back on to dump it as i read somewhere) restore dates. a little help please. yep, i'm a noob and i suck with this kind of crap. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I got the first one they put out last year ... was looking at the MB site at some vehicles ( ) and the newest version is Version 8 ... I bet it's a longshot ... but I'm wondering if anyone has the six versions in the middle that I'm missing. Guess this gives me an excuse to check the website more often.

Well SOE killed SWG (Star Wars Galaxy) and I had stopped playing a month or two before due to not having enough time to play. Well I tried to sell my Jedi Account on Ebay, and soon found out they changed the game so anyone could be a Jedi, making my 2 years of work worthless! lol Anyway, long story short, I traded my SWG account with a guy for a WOW (World of Warcraft) account. I am told I am getting a level 60 Priest thats 300 mining and 190 blacksmith and a level 42-45 Troll Warrior. Since I have never played nor seen this game I am wondering if anyone has any input? Does it sound like a decent account? And is the game fun?

For Some Reason My Computer Is Only Playing One Channel. I Dont Know Why And I Have Even Plugged Headphones Directly into the (Auido Output) from the back and still only one channel. Could My Sound Card be bad? I have an onboard sound card so would that mean that i will have to buy a new motherboard or possibilly an aftermarket sound card. Or is there an easier solution. Thank you

Is this possible to transfer/copy songs from an iPod to someone elses computer? We hooked the iPod up, iTunes opened, and we couldn't drag the files from the iPod into the library, desktop, etc. Couldn't copy the songs and paste them anywhere either. Remember, it's my iPod from my computer being hooked up to someone elses computer. Thanks for any info.

My laptop was asleep, I wake it up and it shows the log in page for a second then flips to the first startup screen like it rebooted, which shouldnt have happened. The status bar at the bottom of the screen gets about 75% across then freezes. I shut it down manually and now it will turn on and the cd drive will make its normal start up noise but nothing happens past that....no start up screen, just black. Seems like I had a similar problem years ago on my desktop and the problem was dead RAM. If i put my ear to the HDD it sounds like its running. Sound like a ram problem? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this POS?

ok---i will be quick about this---I have a few tracks I wanna burn---I put a blank CD in the CD writer----and I am using Music Match----and it says "put a blank disk in"------I do and it keeps saying that-------it is really annoying.-----------HELP!!! I am using all new disks also. PS----i never said I was the CPU Guru

I'm wondering if someone has any idea why a website would just stop working for me? Here's what's happened. A little over a month ago I was on a website and for some reason the pages stopped loading. I kept getting a message that said the internet could not connect to the website. I thought maybe the site was having problems, but after a week it still wouldn't work. Started checking with people and found out that the site was not down. I had about a half a dozen different communications with my ISP and they had no answer for why it wasn't working for me. I tried clearing out my cookies, deleting my browsing history, etc. I even went so far as to reinstall my OS. None of t…

i am currently bored so i decided to do some stuff to my room. so i am just messing around and i decided i want accent lighting. i want to get some cathodes off oznium.com and somehow wire them up in my room to one switch if possible. i plan to hook up a rocker switch in my nightstand and wire all the cathodes up to that. i just need to know how i can power them. can i take a computer power supply and just lay that under my bed and run all the wires to that? thanks in advance for any replies

Alright here is my dliemma. I have an office in the room next to my living room. Recently I moved my desktop pc into the office closet (well ventilated) and ran a monitor cable into my living room where a wireless keyboard/mouse and my lcd are. In my office I have a laptop and docking station. Since the computer is now in the office I would like to make the monitor and keyboard in my office be able to control both computers so that I can burn CD's, rip music, and just generally be able to get at the box without running back and forth. I'm not sure where to start looking for a projector, I had one I got for free for a few weeks before I moved home to Illinois and loved it but I accidentally left it. I'm considering another instead of a 50" tv, something in the neighborhood of a 120" screen. I'm looking to spend $200-300, I don't need something insane but I'd like a quiet model, mine had rowdy cooling fans. What would you guys suggest?
