I live about an hour north of Atlanta, (Canton, GA) but go to school 3 hours south of it. (Milledgevill, GA) Are there any competitions around this area or any really worth driving a few hours to see? Its already August, but maybe for the 2015 year? I have always wanted to go.

We will be holding our first show of the year on May 19th in North Central WV for anyone interested. I have extra room at my house for anyone coming and wanting to save $$$ on a hotel. I'll be cooking out on Friday night for all SSA, CA, SMD members who come, we'll also have a Term-LAB on site Friday for those who need a little last minute tuning and probably hit up the street party that night. After much thought I have decided to do MECA shows instead of IASCA shows this year. The rules can be found at http://www.mecacaroudio.com I have made this decision for many reasons, but the main ones are: 1.) A fair class structure for SQ 2.) Better manufacturer support 3.) ok so ill have my saz1500 back from db-r. if theres no issues ill be competing at this car show for shits and giggles just to see my db's....my question is with stock electrical + big 3, saz1500, rf power hx2 where my backseat was in my 76 caprice what class would i be in? my box doesnt come past the b pillars anyone else gonna b there?

There is a 1x Bassboxing event in Montgomery, AL on August 3 being put on by Team Street Shakers. This show will have a car show, bassboxing, street battles, and fun for kids with inflatables. Also I will holding a raffle to raise money for the Terry Jackson memorial fund to help Terry's Family afford to pay for his funeral. Terry Jackson was a long time competitor and a good friend of mine. Raffle will include products from Incriminator Audio, XS Power, PSI car audio, Ampere Audio, Loudforce, Sundown, and a few others. The FCBC Competition Meeting will be held on December 12th, 2009 at Ryan's Steakhouse. Location- 1034 Executive Dr, Elizabethtown, KY Meeting will be at 6pm EST.
