So far we have eight New England SPL events, and we'll also be hosting a couple 1X Db Drags/Bass Race shows. Not to mention USACi will also be hosting several competitions in the Northeast. December 11th Audio Xperts Vacaville, CA MECA Charity event. $10 entry fee (unlimited entries) 1 toy and 5 canned/boxed food PER entry....I.E. ""SQL"" and Install = 2 toys/10cans...enter all classes (SQ/Install/DB/SPL/RTA/SQ2)= 6 toys/30 cans of food. This will benefit Toys for Totts and a local food bank.

hey guy's, i was wondering if there are ever any events in ohio. i live in cincinnati, which is the southwest paort of ohio and iv never seen any comps going on and i want to start competing. does anyone know where i can get some info on this?

There will be a double point USACi show on June 24th at the fair grounds in OKC. I don't have all the information on it just yet, but I know that it will be a part of an existing car show. I will post up more information when I have it, but the date is locked in and should be posted on the USACi calendar today/tomorrow.

Anyone else plan on attending this event? It's in Durant Oklahoma this weekend. This is supposedly a large show with lots of stuff going on, they will have a MECA competition, hopping contest, lots and lots of classes of show cars/trucks/bicycles, vendors, etc. I'll be there tomorrow (Saturday) and am entering my brother's Caliber in the spl competition. Mainly for shits n giggles and to see how much he gained by switching from a pair of RE SRx 12s to a pair of Skar VVX-12s, adding a DC230a alt and a Kinetik 1400 in back and wiring down from 4 to 1 ohm. On my VERY FIRST car competition ever I walked away with a first prize trophy and a final score of 151.6 DB. A BIG thanks to EVERYONE who helped me out. Especially the shop who took care of me (K&N Audio). Those who have given good input, gave good advice, and steered me in the right direction. Of course I am thankful to my family and most importantly I am thankful to God for this awesome experience. Met A LOT of cool people there most of which I have contact with now. I live in the Poconos, PA. Next year (my build better be done then!!!!) I would love to make it out to a few competitions. Nothing serious, just for fun. I never heard of any comps or teams in NEPA. Does anybody know of any? Anybody here live in PA?

GTG Date: Saturday 6/4/11 6 pm or so. As some of you know, my daughter required some extra attention after she was born and we ended up staying in the hospital for 3 weeks with her. While we were there, we were treated so well and regularly given little gifts to make the circumstances a little brighter. I have wanted to do something to give back in some way for all that was done for my little girl ever since, so here is what I came up with.
