COME ONE, COME ALL!! On Saturday November 6th Vincennes University will be hosting it's annual car show and cruise in at Vincennes, Indiana. ALL vehicles are welcome to attend and enter the car show competition. Low Riders, Jacked up 4x4's, Mini Trucks, Hot Rods, Muscle Cars, Classics, daily ground pounders, SQ cars, SPL vehicles, etc. They'll have trophies for almost anything that can be judged. I've been in contact with the event coordinator who also said that if we can get a TL or some SPL meter at the event they'd love to have it and would adjust prizes, judging and whatnot accordingly for anyone wanting to compete. Went to my first audio comp, loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!! The atmosphere was great loved the judges and enjoyed talking to folks!! I peaked 143.7 at 38hz at 11.9 volts with a 30hz tune. I know it was bad on my amp I was just checking where I'm at. Came in 2nd in bass boxing and 1st in Idbl! I'm damn happy ;P

Okay, my table saw is broken and I am not trusting the old circular saw and straight edge. I need a box that will be 100% square with not a gap or anything. I will be lining it with Plexi mirror and a plexi baffle. I would also like it made out of 1" with 2 strategically placed braces. Who can handle this? I'll provide all dimensions and cut sheet, so no designing will be necessary, neither will a baffle be. Just 5 meticulously cut pieces of wood, unassembled and unfinished, unless it would be easier to ship assembled. Any takers?

Hey everyone i am setting everything up for a competition in central pa. All proceeds will be going to make a wish foundation. there will be food and drinks for sale. Not looking at making it a huge competition unless i get a lot of feedback and a lot of people to come. i may need another meter aswell. not sure yet. there will be a set date after today. gotta talk with my mentor and local shop.

I know that there is a competition section in the forum, but I figured I might get more views in here... Mods, if you want to move this I totally understand. I have been on the USACI midwest site a bunch, and tried to google "WI spl competition" and such, but have had no such luck finding future competitions that I might attend and learn at. I am looking to try my hand at competition in the future, and what better way than to go and check 'em out? Problem is, the only thing I can find is scheduled events for last year and results from other past competitions. Can anyone help me out with a link or something?
