I just ordered some "KENSUN HID Xenon Conversion Kit 9004/07 Lo/Hi Halogen 30000k Deep Blue" and been looking around on internet and started seing the higher you go in kelvin the diferent color you will get out of the light(Past 10k comes more of a purple/pink color) My question is would those kensun lights be retarded BLUE! Or would they not be as bright??

The new 'go fast car' has a meh interior, and would look really good once she gets re-painted. In the mean time what can I do to take pretty 'flat' red paint shine? She has clear coat, but doesn't have that shiny wet look I want. Can I get some tips to get it there? J

My girlfriend is looking to buy a used car (around 2 grand), what should we look for? Are there any steps to prevent her from buying a lemon? I had suggested asking the seller to allow us to take it to a shop I trust (Family was in transmission business for sometime) Any other things? ANyone else feel free to chime in too.

Looking for experience with C&D brand batteries. Specs look better than kinetic and on par or better than XS for the price. $350 for 135ah and advertised floating voltage of 13v plus. Or $245 for 100ah. Not sure what shipping costs are yet as I'm still mobile. I will be having my Mechman alternator shipped back to them for some diode adjustments to bring turn on rpm down to about 550 engine rpms. I believe I'll be rock solid with one group 31 or larger battery plus the kinetic hc1800 under the hood. I'm almost tempted to do 2 of the 100ah batteries and run some 2/0 wire straight from alternator to rear. Thoughts???

so i picked up another navigator, when i test drove it was missing and had some other issues... we agreed on a price, and a list of things to be fixed before i picked it up.... a tune up being on the list, so i assumed the mechanic fixed it because he called me to come get it.. so foolishly while the mechine finished up some small shit, i went and put the money down and signed the papers, as is of course, i go out to leave.. i start it up .. and its missing! so i jump out and tell home boy its missing. put the computer on it.... cylinder 7 not contributing , same as before, so i assumed it was the coil, ( a very common issue with the fords) so i ordere…

Right now I currently have a basic viper remote door locks and starter but its pretty much done for. Ive been looking at car alarms and I was wondering what your guys thoughts are for something not too expensive but still nice I dont really need anything crazy because I drive a 91 accord with a mach 5 sub and sundown amp. I have a 91 Honda Accord. I currently have a cheap rattler unlock and remote start. It doesnt work, the remote works fine and im not really sure whats wrong with it. IF you have any ideas what I could check would be helpful. I check the fuses on the brain of it and they were perfectly fine. I was thinking about getting a reasonable alarm. I dont feel I really need a 2 way device, Im mainly just look for a nice alarm with a remote start. I have been looking at some of the viper products. I plan on installing it myself. any help would be great Any help on how to fix the current remote unlock would be great. Thanks

Working on a project car that has a Polar Start PS-2700 installed. Looking to find installer programming info on this unit. I found the user manual so far but nothing on installer programming. Unit is in a 94 Buick Lesabre Limited and the parking lights stay on after the 15 min run period. They will stay on until the battery is drained. Could be a wiring or hardware problem but I would like start by checking the program options first. Unit is about 10 years old, two button remote. Thanks in advance.

The Volvo crapped out this weekend, coming back home. Drivetrain troubles which we probably can't fix because of the age and scarseness (sp?) of parts for the car Turning it into a trailer queen would kill all the fun but in case we won't find anything, that's what we will have to do. How much would it cost for a good tint job for this car (everything but the windshield): Also, what percentages would you go with? I'm figuring 10-15% on the rear/rear sides, something not too dark for nighttime vision. Would like to hear your personal preference though. Is this website accurate as far as laws go? Looking at buying my buddies 1988 (if I remember right) Pontiac Firebird Formula. 5.0 Multi Port Fuel Injected. Has Flowmasters from the headers back dual exhuast, and some chips........
