My mom said Ican buy it for a project car, it's a 1986 Nissan 300ZX, it has 184,000 miles and is a 5 speed. I had to get it towed to my house because it hasn't been ran in such a long time. The guy recommended I change the fluids, drain the tank, do a tune up and replcae the belt. i think mine is taking a dump, my system has been weak as i made a topic about the problem 2 weeks ago, now its whining, i bought my current HOA from ebay... just a no name... it worked fine.. but now is not. i emailed OHIO and thay never respond to my emails. i emailed them before and thay never responded thats why i dont have an ohio currently i know iraggi has had problems latly... so who else do we use? i want atleast a 200 amp. no less. and if i can find a daily 300amp t hat would be sweet

I am wanting to order HID's on Friday, but am no sure what brand to get. I am pretty set on 4300k-4500k since they are brightest and white. These are two I am looking at. im looking for low beams and fog lights kits for my 2002 gmc yukon denali, i noticed most mentioned ddm but they dont sell kits for my truck, anyone know of another place?

I have noticed over the past year and a half that the stock lights on a 2003 vw passat are TERRIBLE. So after looking around the best headlight I can get (what I am told) are the HID lights 1200K lights (kind of a blue tint). I think those lights with the little blue of a tink would be pretty nice and would be a huge improvement. Anyway I was just looking to see if anybody has any experience with these lights and how it worked out. I wentt to the dealer and got a quote of 600/per light + labor. I was like yeah right and moved on. I called up a company that polishes lights and he said he could probably get them for around 300/per light if I knew somebody that would instal…

I'm only posting because I don't really have the time to really research myself. But I was looking into DDM Tuning and noticed people complaining how bad their customer service is, and the overall length of time its taking to receive your order and it seems its taking longer and longer. So to me, this usually isn't a good sign, definitely if I have a problem. So I'm looking for another brand or company that compares to DDM as far as price and quality(if you could call it that). I am willing to spend ~$75ish for each kit, 50watt low beam 9007 and H10 fog. Also, I don't have to have slim ballast's but it would be nice.

my car is kinda jacked up to put HID's in.. my head lights are huge and have bolted on covers to access bulbs for changing.. but you must remove the entire light structure and there is a1 huge block plug for all the wires.. confusing i know. i was going to drill holes for my wires and mount my ballast outside and what not.. but i was talking to a guy on youtube and he said he mounted his ballets inside the headlight structure ... there is room.. but my thoughts were how hot do the ballast get? i have never touched them to find out.. i have the small ones,. made by Xentec

I have a black 08 BMW 328i which I want to wash and make as shiny as possible. I have no idea where to start. I enjoy washing my car, but I would like to know if there is a special soap or shiny spray/gel to make it look even better. Any ideas?

Have any of you seen or heard of the Hydrogen on demand stuff, to improve fuel economy? Is it real, or a gimmick? Seems dope, but of course it does to someone like me getting 13mpg. Any solid scientific evidence for these kits?

I have bought a Freeway Blaster for my car. Figured it would be fun to have a little louder horn. Anyway. I cannot for the life of me find the horn under the hood so I can switch it out with the Freeway Blaster. I looked along the walls of the engine compartment, mostly around the battery since I figured thats where it would be. I must be as blind as a bat. After comming back from the bahmas i hadnt driven the thing in 11 days. So i hop in my truck put 'er in neutral, crank and wow i was amazed. When you listen to 'er crank up day after day you dont notice the sound as much as after 11 days. She started off with a nice 'Burrrrr!!!" and then settled down to a cool 800RPM deep pur of a 3.0l V6 lion. Sounds so good, As i took off down Price Creek (road in the middle of nowhere with no cops and lots of hills/sweeping twists) i ran through the first 4 gears untill the fule cut at 95 wit joy in every shift when it dropped from 4500 RPM down to 3-3500 rpm where it sounds the best (as it gets just above 4,000 the tone gets raspy…

my brother has a 1990 suzuki GSXR 1100 sling shot,...... it has been running strangely, and to me seems like a control mod issue or a spark control issue, seems to run great untill it gets hot.. then it just shuts off.... somthing is killing the bike. we have put new fuel filters on it. cleaned the tank out, checked all the fuses. i know nothing about bikes.. hes a young man that thinks he knows it all but he cant seem to get this bike up and running again...... he needs it.. its his only mode of transport and he just moved here to texas and starts a new job soon.... hes always helping me out.. i need to help him .. so if you know somthing about street bikes or e…

ok its a 99 grand am.. with the 2.4. about a week ago when starting it would hesitate only on start up.. then it would be fine... yesterday it started to hesitate when you take of from a stand still... bad! boging down and hesataing.. but if you keep your foot in it and feather it.. once it gets going past 5 miles an hour.. it runs perfect..!!! idles fine and drive down the hwy fine! but when you try to get going from a stand still it bogs and back fires thru the intake... i have changed the fuel filter, the air filter the air charge sensor, the TPS and cleaned the throdle body, im lost at this point. few month back i replaced the plugs boots and intake ga…

I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra and am craving some brighter lights, and these seem to be the 2 most common solutions. I would like to know the difference between the 2 bulbs. Mainly I want to know the differences in installation, design, length of life, equipment needed, etc. Also can someone shed some light on how many kits I need..........Sorry if I sound like a complete dipshit, but the only experiience with headlights was in my old Corsica which had 2 bulbs per light. J

Hi So I have my BMW 328i 2008 4-door sedan. I want HIDs but I have no clue about this topic. I dont know ANYTHING about HIDs. I know my local shop wants to charge me $220 for 8000k HIDs installed and 3 year warranty. A friend told me they are ripping me off but since I dont know anything about HIDs, Im not sure who is right. Any help please?

on the out post of the alt... it can not be replaced.. but i need it longer...... i have looked around with no results.... i dont want to put a buss bar on..... why you ask.... three runs of 0 stright from the alt to the rear bank.
