This is our Geek Squad Bug that I am building a system for our car that we putting in a car show on the 28th of Feb. I am going to start fiberglassing the box an the amp rack tommorrow. I will upload some more pics as i go. thanks for looking.

Alrite so I have 2 18" Fi Bl's and my max dimensions for my truck is 50" Depth, 38" Width and 31" High What do you guys think the volume of the box should be Thanks!

First off i would like to appolgize to Ant at Second Skin for taking so long in making a build log, the average 25 degree weather made it difficult. But never mind the complaining. I already have used the damplifer pro on my car already so i know this stuff is legit. I opened up my package and noticed it was the black foil. Had a slightly different smell compared to the regular silver foil (don't ask how i noticed). But anyways lets get started! Heres a couple pics of my car....

Does anybody got a build log on a caliber...if so post it...might post a picture of my setup but all i got is some piece of shit 12" kicker cvrs in a 4.4 cubic feet box...only upgrade so far still even have the stock piece of shit radio plan to upgrade to a touch screen double-din....and plan to upgrade to an 18" fi bl or btl...

- Nightshade 18'' with new aluminum pole plug with 4 spiders (2 soft, 2 hard) - Audioque 2200d @ 1 ohm - 8'' Sonotube - ~5^3 @ 32Hz After all displacements other than port displacement, I was at 5.38 cubes. I put 12.75'' of port inside and 7.85'' outside the box for a total of 20.6''. 12.75 is about the max inside the box I can fit because I want 8'' clearence from bottom of port to the bottom of box. The port is 8'' diameter and tuning is 32hz. I'm not sure if I have the correct amount of port on the outside..but I can always add on. If anyone can chime in on this, that'd help alot. The vehicle is a 2008 Kia Sorento LX The enclosure was build by Audible Customs. It's tuned to 32Hz The Subs are SA-12s The wiring is all Knu Kolossus Fleks. NOTE: This is a comparison pic from the 4 gauge I used in my last build. The amp is a SAZ-2000D purchased from the presale. The battery is a Batcap 2000. The box installed... I'm using an Eclipse headunit with nav and ipod. And lastly my bass remote.

This was an interesting design for this guy. Design calls for 2 boxes. One specifically for daily driving music and another for straight competition. The designs are for an SUV. Setup- 4 Sundown SA-8s off of 2 Sundown SAE-1200ds Daily Driver- 3.6cuft tuned to ~31hz Now for the almighty SPL box. 2 10" AQ SDC2.5's on a memphis pr 1.1000 all in a 2000 Altima. Dont have all the pics up but heres most. This was for my friends girlfriend. Couple Light coats of spray bedliner, turned out pretty good. As it sits now. Amp mounted on back of box. Overall i think it was a pretty decent install. And these 10's really suprised me with how loud and low they can get(btw box is tuned to 32Hz)

Hey guys i have a 95 grand cherokee an want to put 4 alpine type r 12" in it but i need to built it in 2 box so i can take it out by my self when go shoppin (family car lol) ill but running the sub with a audio pipe 3000d i dont really know a lot about frequency or hz but can u guys plz tell me if this box will work or what can i do to make it better am tryin to pose my pic but cant figer out how to do it

More like big two cause I didnt ground the alt to the chassis. There wasnt any dedicated ground post on the stock alt so I thought I would put it in later. Thought the other two were the most important anyway. Maybe when I get a new alt for her, I'll do the third. That will be expensive though! Well i built a fiberglass box for my truck a few months ago back when i was in high school still, and it did pretty good on the meter (140.0) but i wanted to go a little louder without having to change setups completely. I decided to build a box to go where my center console was. The box itself is 1.9 cubes tuned to 33 hz (made for my new Fi Bl 12 coming in), but i decided to put in the DP for the time being. There was a noticeable difference in the sound and loudness of this box over my other one, but this one will only be used for competitions, or when i don't need a center seat (can't put the GF beside ya when this is in. haha) So i went and got it metered yesterday. Hey guys im pulling out the old system and replacing it and reusing some. currently i have 2 re audio 8s under the back seats and MB quart q series mids and highs. Im puttig the 8s in the back doors and putting a Fi BTL 12 in their place. gonna be running mids and highs off a sundown sax 50.4, midbass (re8s) off my sax 125.2 and the btl off the saz 1500d. anyways its gonna be a process. just got all new knu 1/0 power and ground and 200 sq/ft of fatmat rattle trap today so im getting started on that. already started my btl box12. take a look.
