This is a build I'm doing for a friend. 2000 Jeep Cherokee 2 Sundown SA-15 Hifonics Brz-1200.1d Cadence 4awg wire kit Everything should be arriving sometime this week. 7.31ft³ @31.24hz 101.72in² port area The box ended up being bigger than I expected, I misread the torres box calculator and is .75inch taller. I still have to glue down the top baffle,but I'm going to wait to make sure the subs fit. Thats it for now until the equipment arrives.

Did this for a friend he wanted 1 - 8" mid 1 - 10" mid and 2 - tweeters in his door, so i cut out a mdf base to match the door panel, trimmed to fit. So here's the mockup so far, it all fits snug, we're using all crescendo components the selenium is for mockup. Using regular fleece and two coats of resin no fiberglass Fleece stretched and stapled Two coats of resin Fitted to the door Finished product nice and snug Not as smooth as i could get it but my friend didn't care otherwise i would have bondoed it, i think later down the road it will get vinyl not sure though

Well, The Fi came in, so it's time to start a build log. Will continue with pictures of the enclosure as it progresses (might not be for another week or two with Christmas parties and stuff coming up). Rundown of what the system will consist of: Fi Alpha V2 15 D4, BP plug, Carbon dust cap Alpine MRX-M100 running at 2 ohms Factory radio with a Scosche LOC Ported box with viewing window, SPL dust, and custom fabrication like you've never seen.

This is my first build log, please lower any expectations of competency... The system- Raxiom (rebadged Rosen unit) HU- got it because it integrate perfectly with the factory media and had NAV. Zed Audio Mikro 4 channel Rockford Fosgate T500 bd JBL Power Series 6 1/2" components in the front front (no speakers go in the doors (I take them off as often as possible)) Bravox 5 1/4" components in the sound bar (custom made mounting ring, CLD tiles to help the flimsy plastic) SSA XCON 10" in a ported box designed by the SSA store and built with the help of my buddy. It's my (and his) first speaker box built.

Wow... It has been years since I've been on here. But I can say, this website taught me a lot when I got into the industry almost a decade ago. Now I'm in college and build/design boxes as a side job to make some money (pretty good money some months). Hey guys, Over the next few months I will be doing alot to my mazda, System going in it first, I think I am gonna install it myself instead of fudgeing with the install shop, there trying to fudge me over. I ordered the sub last thursday I dont know when it will be here though. The box is finally all cut up just have to assemble now, which should be tomorrow. So im using mostly 1" industrial PB, with some 3/4 mdf (hate the stuff, at least hardware store grade anyway) here and there, should be about 32hz @ 2.5 for daily. Its 34x16x16 externally, pretty big for a 12 I think, and its gonna be pretty heavy The cutlist: 45's: Hmm I wonder what these slots are for... No bracing besides the 45's which dont really count, this PB is incredibly beast More pics tomorrow and hopefully it will be done and the sub will come in soonish

well i started building my box for my 2 shocker 3 10's. got a good bit done to it just got to finish it up tonight after work. it going to be 5.5^ft@32hz. all of it is going to be powered by a sundown 3000d. the equipment and the begining of the box

well when i first got this truck i said i was just going to do somethin small under the back seat and keep all my seating for me and my friends. well that didnt last long and i have my re hc 12 in a t-line in the back seat. that was alright for a little but just wasnt enough for me, so i started shopping around and came upon a deal for 2 Xcon 18's. i purchased them and am waiting on them to show up monday!!! my other equipment will be a Sundown 1200d, and switching my hu from a single din ecplise to a double din ecplise. will get pics of all the stuff when i finish the build on monday. so enjoy. also box is 16-17 cubic feet at 28hz with 2- 8" ports.

Just got done with putting a tv in the steering wheel now I'm working on taking out the ps2 I had in the dash and putting in another tv in the passenger dash. Can neone tell me how to upload photos. Didn't see anywhere to do that
