Alright, box is still in planning stages. But just got the sub and amp in today. I loves me some 15" atomic This will just be a trunker in my 97 Grand Am, nothing serious, that's what I bought this for But yeah, build on that won't start until spring

It's been a busy couple of weeks so i haven't really been on much. I spent a lot of time working with a good friend on his FJ Cruiser install. This is the second "epic" install that he's done in the car, the first being scrapped for the additional weight it added and impracticality. The old setup weighed probably at least double what the new setup does, and the new system is much better sounding overall imo, so it was all gain and no real sacrifice. alright this is will be my first build that i have done. i have probably been off and on this site for the past year wanting to get a sub to go with the rest of my system but sadly parents said no. finally got a "yeah its your money do what u want with it" and have finally started to get everything sorted out. first off stats 1991 mustang vert ( 4cyl) kenwood h.u infinity coaxials all round (dash 3.5, door 5 1/4, and back 6x8s) nothing is amplified other than from h.u i have contacted porkchop for some guidance on the box , because it is not going in the shoe box of a trunk it is going in the back seat. the sub will be a ssa dcon 12 in a sealed box running off a re audio …

So here I am again, with my slow build. So what i have right now? Headunit: Blaupunkt mp52 - It's quite oldschool but does it work. Has a lot of settings and also 2x Aux in, 2x RCA outputs. Was used and got this with 35eur. In front dash i have Pioneer highs and in doors Pioneer 6,5" Mids. Running straight from HU at the moment. Total cost 45eur. On back i have Pioneer 5.1" Coaxial speakers, running straight from HU, Price 25eur. Riht now I am running old Kenwood 12" woofer from Toxic XT-1600 amp. Woofer 20eur, Amp 60eur. So this is budget build right now. I dont have pic from everything riht now. I will probably keep everything beside woofer. Maybe get Alpine T…

I picked this truck up from my friend a few months ago, I was just going to make it a project truck but the transmission went out on my Dodge so I am going to drive it for a few weeks. It's a bagged 1997 GMC C-1500. Ok, I'm starting my new build pretty soon, probably when the next cold front comes through. But since I took everything out to measure, I needed some low end filler while I'm getting ready to start building, and until im finished...Best temp system ever. lol Tried facing them back in the back, but they kept sliding off of the little ledge and scaring the shit outa me when I would brake. Well woke up this morning ready to start building my new box for my Icon 15 everything was going good, then it started to rain. So had to pull the table saw back into the garage. I only had one last panel to cut for the port. I guess there's always tomorrow to finish it but heres what pics I have so far. Ok, so for the people who know. I posted a buildlog a LONG time ago with the old T1's in the trailblazer on the AQ2200D. Well The box for those was not optimum for the Havocs, so i designed him a new one and got it all done. Lemme know what yall think. Didnt take many pictures, but heres what i got. It's been a while since I posted anything on here, been kind of busy and on c.a.f. Had to get rid of the cx-7, turbo went out at 25k and mazda wouldnt warranty it, so I traded it for an 08 Dodge Dakota Crew Cab. Had a baby on 18 Dec, Samantha Anne, 8 lbs even 20.5 inches long and gorgeous! On to some pics, the build is still in progress, so excuse the mess: Samantha approves!

Sup... So I totaled my Explorer and broke my arm. BUT, I got a new job, got a new car, and got a (somewhat) new system. So I have two of these: Powered by this: Which is powered (in part) by this: Hooked up to the stock radio in this: And it all looks like this: The box is 4 cubes @ ~34 ish (I fuxxored the math up lol) which is a little higher than I wanted but it was as long as I could get it and still get the box in the trunk. Trunks suck ass btw. And that's my return to the land of bass. Yay.

If i have mark build my enclosure is it going to make a big difference on how it sounds in/out side of the car? My friend has a 10w7 and hes louder outside the car.. You can hear him anywhere. Will i be better off just having mark build my enclosure?
