I have my mind pretty made up on this deck. Anybody know anywhere that has it in stock that has a reasonable price on it? I hope thezeb gets it soon. I know a place where I can pricematch it for 380 or so but they aren't in stock. I am all hyped up about it.

Does anybody know where I could find some free wiring diagrams for installing car stereos? I install a lot of aftermarket cd-players for my friend because he owns a car lot and having a website that would show me what is what would really speed things up. I am about to put in a DVD screen into a 2001 Caddilac Deville and was wondering if anyone knew where i could find the diagram for the speakers wire colors. Any help will be appreciated. thanks

I have 2 american bass hd 15s an starting off with a crecendo 2000d till i get another one.i have 1 redtop opt i want to put under the hood an a yellowtop opt in the trunk.i want to no will i b ok with this bein thats its 2000watts or should i do more ?

Basically I'm planning on starting a build pretty soon and right now I'm doing my homework on headunits. I've pretty much narrowed it down to these two. They are practically the same price(JVC is $10 more) and the JVC has a few more features like HD radio, 5V pre-outs, etc. But Pioneer seems to have a better reputation, so I'm not really sure. These seem to be the best two that fit my requirements as I need one that is around $150, has at least 4V outputs, and sub pre amp outputs. So which one do you guys think would be the better buy?

Okay guys, i have a Fi 15" BTL with cooling, 3rd magnet, and hixmax coil with the dual 2 ohm. its the in a 6.5 foot ported enclosure, only 5 feet though after port and sub displacement. Its tuned to 39 Hz and is 1" all the way around with a 1.75" front face. Its also got internal bracing so im not worried about the sub blowing apart the box in any means. I am looking to spend around $500 at the most on an monoblock. I was looking at the hifonics BXi2607d which is 2600 RMS at 1 ohm, but i keep hearing bad things about hifonics and not so sure if i want to go that route anymore. Anyone from europe have any experience with these batteries? Namely a brand called "hollywood" their SPV line seems decent for what i need it for. I thought for sure this forum had 1or2 guys from europe. I could be wrong though. Anywho its time for me to upgrade. Hey guys I just got my truck and it's a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500 Ext Cab. I ordered a Pioneer AVH-P4200 to replace the stock head unit which is a din and a half but I will cut some of the benzel to make it fit. My question is that I cant find any mounting kits/bracket for this truck for a double din and was wondering if there is some easy way to make one or if I could buy one somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey guys, going to be replacing my "200a" alternator, why, because well, I just found out that it reaches it's peak at 5000rpm..lmao Anyways, new system will be ~2500RMS with a total of 260a's of fuses. 200 (mono) + 60 (2chan) What size alternator should I be looking at, would a 200a that reaches peak @ 1500rpm be OK? Or should I go bigger?

I was driving to work and all the sound went off. So when I got to work I turned on the radio, went in the trunk and checked the amps for power and they were getting none. I am guessing that the problem is with the remote. If the remote on the head is in fact dead is there a way to fix it. Is it an easy thing, like maybe a trace on the circuit board? Or is it a big PITA? Could it be something else? What would make both amps suddenly stop getting power?

Whats everyone running for splitters? i have a Kenwood head unit with 3-preouts and i have them ran to my Clarion Eq which then runs to my soundstream amp. My problem is the shitty walmart splitters aren't holding up whats a good set of splitters to get?

I tried to ground my rca today because i have really bad engine noise, but it didnt work. I took speaker wire and touched it to the rca. (the outside metal part) then touched it to metal in my car, but the noise was still there. Am i doing it wrong? Could it be something else?

Well i just dont feel my arsenals are getting all they can from my Autotek MM1400. I am looking for a good 2000 wattrms amp. I really dont care about the brand and dont want to spend a tone of money. The autotek is a good amp but i know my arsenals can take much more. Any suggestions are appreciated. And yes they are already in a dual port dual chamber box. Also accepting offers on the Autotek.

Hi everyone have a question. i have a custom built 180amp alternator that i bought online. and im looking for parts for it since the place i bought it from dont wanna help me and wanted to ask if anyone knows a place online that sells parts for alternators. i look up on google and had no luck. the part i am looking for is the adpater that bolts on the outside of the case and the power wire bolts up to.

My jvc kw nx 7000 is buggin' out and they want $50 plus shipping for me to send it to Colorado to diagnose it before they can even give me an idea on price. Has anybody ever dealt with a company for touch screen repair? I am reluctant to spend 70-100 just to send it out to be told it is another 400 to fix. Any ideas?
