Are there any good non D class amps that can push my twin RE SE 12s

i have a Kicker KQ5 i picked up for 50 bux. i had it posted for sale, 2 people are interested, but i think i wanna keep it now becuase its black, and lights up green or amber, and amber lights match my interior perfect. i was gonna get the clarion 7 band one i think it was for like 80 new, but it only lights up blue which would be the only blue, and stand out horribly. my amps im getting (MTX) will even light up amber to match! (my nakamichi cd-400 does too) any other EQ's that have amber lighting?

cause I dont want to but another rca cable NOW when im just going to get a couple inst. kits later down the line. I have my my 4channel amp running only the fronts right now with a rca cable and no inputs to the rear soooo its ok if I hook up all the wiring to the high input harness and leave out the fronts input?

alright, i got 2 kinetik 1800s. I was originally just going to take out the stock battery and put one under the hood and the other in the back. But i just want to ask a few more knowledgeable people first, should i just leave the stock battery under my hood in the tundra and put both kinetiks in the back? thanks

My dad got a used 05 Mustang back in the summer, and it came with a Eclipse CD4000 deck in it. I got him a pair of Alpine Type R Componant Speakers for Christmas. I was planning on installing it for him, but he insisted on haveing the car audio shop I got it from to install it (yeah, he don't trust me tearing apart his car). Anyway, I also had a Pioneer 2x60 Watts laying around to power the componants, and a Massive 1000 Watt amp and a 12" Adire Brahma. I need to choose an amp for a pair of Maw-15's I was thinking the Sundown-1000D. Seems like it would work good being when I wire both subs into it. The Rms wattage would split and it would be powering the MAw-15's to their full RMS which I know isnt everything but ya know. Any Input. Thanks in Advance for all the help.

I know it's hard to do apples to apples, different ohm loads "Output Voltage and Impedance 8V/55 " different THD's "Total Harmonic Distortion (THD): 0.008%" yadda yadda...frequency range, voltage. I have been looking to switch from Alpine to Eclipse on the simple thought that Alpine is usually 4-5V where eclipse can be 8V and upwards. Help me out here guys!

Is it to install a DVD/Navigation Unit in a car. Is it about the same as a HU, I'm going to be helping my cousin install this in his truck. I was just wondering if it was more difficult to install then a regular HU. He Has this: Panasonic

Basically I cannot get any pre-out voltage from the HU for the sub-out. With volume all the way up on a 50hz tone pre-out voltage is ~.69 (tested directly at the HU). Put the leads on the mid output... .69 as well. Put on a 1khz test tone.. DMM on mid outputs... 3.69... on sub with 1khz.. 3.69. So basically I'm pretty sure nothing is wrong with the actual pre-outs but I am missing an option or control on the HU completly. I have the Subwoofer set to +15 and it's set on Subwoofer system 1. The Crossover and PEQ don't have the level turned down on the sub... so I am

i dont want to second guess myself so im trying to get another opinion on a good estimation of what size fuses i need to get. what im running is a kinetik 1800 in the hood and a kinetik 1800 in the back of tundra (ext. cab with seats taking out) with 2 runs of 0g. i have a 180 amp alt under the hood complete with the big 3 all in 0g. I have two ANL inline holders, one in the wire right after the + terminal on the kinetik in the hood and then one on the wire in between the alt and + terminal on the kinetik under the hood. OK... So here is my dilemma. Ive got 2 - 15inch SX series RE audio subs in my room at the moment. Im in need of an amp capable of producing ATLEAST 2000 rms (true power not rated) and made the sad mistake of purchasing the power acrapstik 5500D rated at a rediculous 3200RMS but im not even able to pull 1KW off it by the sounds of it. I guess ile eat the cost of the current amp but what do you guys think of the MA audio 4000D's?
