Well i sent the piece of junk db electric alternator back and went for a dc. cant wait for it to show up ill be sure to get pictures and even a video. from everything i see it should be awesome cant wait.

a friend of mine is looking at getting a new system in his grand prix. so im gonna to hook him up with a dcon 12 but i need an amp that will run it safely. maybe a 500w @ 1 ohm. or a 1000w wired down or something along thoes lines. let me know what for amps i should look at but his price range would probably be around 300-350 for everything.

Does anyone here know who makes Digital Design amplifiers, and are they worth the extra money?

Are DD amps worth the money? I sold my saz2500 because it was in okk shape and a guy offered me 460 for it. Kinda scratched and a few dents so I took it. I came across a DD M3a for 520 shipped. Is it a good deal? Does anyone else run digital design amps? Any experience with them, good or bad?

I may be buying a pretty much brand new DD m2b from a friend. I already have a Crescendo BC2000D. Would it be worth keeping the DD and selling my BC? Or just keep the BC and get the money from the DD?

I recently sold my amp, m3a, looking for a new amp under $1000 and wanting brand new. The amps I am considering are a M3b and SAZ3500D V.2 but not sure why I would pick one over the other. From comparing the older models it seems the saz3500d v.1 produced more watts than the M3A so is the M3b comparable to the SAZ3500v.2? This amp will be powering a BTL N2 and will be wired down for .5 ohm on a 12volt system. Need some advise

What's up yall. I'm new to this. I have a 08 double cab Toyota Tacoma for right now. Might get rid of it. Electrical is big 3 upgrade, zues lithium 10-ah, 0 Guage copper ofc wire. Amps, ampere 75.4 and rockford t1500.1bdcp. 4 6.5 dream series 6.5s. Ampere 3.0 v3 12 4th order 2.5/1 ratio tuned to 47hz. Amp is goin out due to friend I let use ran on poor electrical at .5 ohms not knowing so. Sub is locked up due to when it was upgraded motor wasn't torqued right and shifted. Will fix in the future but I'm set on getting a supercharged dd 3500 series 12 next. Will be running 2 in the future as well but buying only 1 to run next year. i was looking to see if anyone in the orange county area had a dd1 that i could use really quick to set my buddies gains. we could bring some beers out for the hassle. i was hoping to get it done some time next weekend or whenever is best for the owner of the dd1 thanks!

The other day, my subwoofer suddenly cut out and I traced the issue to my subwoofer pre-outs on my Kenwood DDX-319 head unit. Troubleshooting done so far: No AC voltage comes out of the subwoofer pre-outs on the head unit at all Connecting the sub amp's RCAs to the rear pre-out produces sound from the sub (ruling out that it is my amp or subwoofer) There is no resistance (0 ohms) between my pre-out grounds and the case of the head unit (leading me to believe it is not simply a blown fuse in the head unit) Everything else on the head unit functions as intended My head unit is out of warranty by a couple months. I got an audio pipe 1300 amp. Connected it up and it didn't work. I am now gonna try and return it.

I took it out a few days ago and it had a 3.2v charge. A few min later it had a 1.2v charge, then 0.0v. Idk why it did this, or what I can do. But it sucks. Thoughts?

So a friend of mine has a Q45 (the car) and he has the BOSE speaker system installed in it. He's no car enthusiast, nor am i, we just like our stuff working (I am the sub junkie). Recently he said his front left tweeter stopped working completely. He said if he breaks hard it will work for that moment, and perfectly. I'm leaning that it's not blown and it might be a loose wire? Should i just pull the dash open, rewire that speaker? Thanks

Have been looking at the Crescendo 1100.4 & the DC175.4 & somewhat at the new Incriminator Audio's new 4 channel..after reading a few problems with the Crescendos amp's having problems it made me steer away..but I also read quite a bit of positive feedback also, and price is $420 shipped, While DC is ~$600 for a little bit more power.. my friend wants some subs for his dodge ram full cab, hes gettin a pro box for under his seat and 2 re se subs, he doesnt know many amp models and his price range is from 500-700 for everything and the box and subs would be about 350-400, anyone know a decent amp that would be 2 channel and put atleast 600 watts to each speaker and still meet his price range?

Yo guyz I have a budget of about 200$ I need a good head unit with high and low pass crossovers for running active. Ive been checking out the ken wood kdc-x996. It's just a hair out of my budget but seems nice. Any other good units like this?

ok so after ummm alot of reading im either looking at the nine.1 or the hifonics bx2005 or bxi2006(ok 3)...but im not sure i have the up to keep electrical system to get all the power from the nine.1 or the hifonics for that matter.so i guess my question is that which amp would be better and how could i make sure that my electrical system will be up to par once i get either or???

Do not purchase these amps from the ebay seller riversidetrade they are defective. They were never supposed to be released to the public. The heat sink is to small causing them to overheat and fail. Im considering on buying one of these head units and would like to know if you guys have any opinion on which one you think is better. In terms of sound quality, functionality, features, ipod use

I called a few friends but noone knew, so as soon as I got home, next step was to ask here. I sort of remember some people mentioning some kind of ground loop noise in the system, or had grounding issues with this head unit. Is this true or am I thinking of another Pioneer deck? I ask because I need to get a new deck for the civic to compete and Amanda's old Sony is not going to cut it. And before anyone asks, yes I want eclipse, but I just don't want to lay out that much for a deck right now. Thanks
