ive looked and looked and looked some more but i cant find the diagram for adding a second battery. someone posted it on here before but i cant find it now. could someone give me the link for it please?

whass up guys! I am new to this forum.So pretty much i'll get right down to the point.To me Us amps,are always a good investment.So,how do these amps compare to US amps;Digital Designs,Zapco,American Bass,and autotek amps?I'll be using one of these amps to push 3 12's or 2 15's.Thanx for any help you can offer.

Has anyone here heard of it or used it? It seems a bit old but IDC much about that. As long as it works. What do you guys think of it? does it put out near rated power? Don't these have a lot of current draw, and are power hungry? LMK because I think I just found a HECK of a deal on this amp... Powering a Fi BTL, wired at 1 ohm but will most likely have the gain alll the way down. looks a little different than the 5082 I've seen... He called it the 582hx, no google searches came up...

So i went to my local shop and had them do the big 3 for me, yeah i know i should of done it myself lol. Used that Knuconceptz 0 gauge wire. A buddy of mine told me that I will need to add an additional fuse to put between the alternator and the battery, but the shop said that it wasnt needed. I think my alt is like a 130amp on my scion tc, and the extra fuse i bought says 300A. Big 3 helped the voltage a bit, but it still drops right away if im giving a demo or just bumping it loud to the upper 11's. Ive Blown 2 Plate Amps in Less Than 2 Weeks! How Could This Be? They Were Working Fine But noticed they were getting extremely hot to the touch (couldn't keep hand on for 3 sec.) Before they went i notcied my btl was getting distorted 10 sec later the amp cutt of and no LED indicator was on. This Means The Amp Went Right? What Could Have Caused This Im Wondering. Hello all, I have a Sundown SAE-1000D powering a 12" AA Havoc and a 4-channel Kenwood eXcelon powering my mids and highs. With this setup I was having a little headlight dimming at high volumes. Now even after adding the Kinetik HC600 in the trunk I still have the same dimming problem; no better or worse. I am pretty sure I have it wired properly with the 2-gauge run from the battery fused at the battery running to another fuse within 18" of the HC600 then from there to the distro block. Both fuses are 150A ANL's. The only wiring difference I have from the suggested wiring in the manual is that I have it grounded to the chassis in the back as opposed to having a grou…

If you had the choice of the 2 headunits what would you choose. This is the first thing im having installed in my car later on i plan on getting a sundown sax 100.4 and running my front stage active. Later on i plan on getting a cadence txa-1000 and an FI BL. Just wondering what headunit you guys like better and why.

My friend keeps on telling me his ma audio 802sx pushes out all this true power at less than 14 volts. I told him his amp was rated at 17 volts and he doesn't believe me. How does the sundown saz-3000d stack up to the ma wattage wise at 14 volts. He says his amps are the better deal because they are a little more than half of the price of the sundown. I told him you get what you pay for and sundown was a better quality amp. I just need some opinions and facts to back up my logic. Any help would be grateful.

Few months back I started to get strange sounds through my speakers like, white noise, speakers popping, buzz, thumping or like when you disconnected a RCA and accidentally ground the male tip. It does this everyday then the music stops playing but could hear a low floor noise & stereo still be counting down like if it’s playing music. It wont play music until i turn off vehicle & turn back on and sometimes it wont still play. I sent out the DSP because sometimes when this happens the controller for DSP sometimes dims and cutoff, the technician said there’s nothing wrong with the DSP. i had a t20001bd on my btl for a loooong time but finally sold the amp and the whole charging system but still have the sub im trying to sell, but i bought this kenwood 9102d from a buddy so i could thump while im trying to sell my sub... when i have all the wires connected (and yes it is hooked up perfect this isnt my first time) the power light does NOT come on, but the remote wire has enough voltage and the power wire is good (checked with volt meter)....BUT when i pull out BOTH 30a fuses the red power light comes on for like 3-5 seconds then fades away, but voltage and everything stays the same on the amp...the 4 channel amp i have hooked up next to it off the same ba…

Got my Orion 1200D from HCCAfan yesterday, thought I would give Class D a whirl while the RF undergoes surgury :ph34r: for a couple mods. Hooked it up this morning and just got back from tweaking. WOW! I drove that thing pretty hard at 2 ohms to see what she had and one thing she didn't have was heat. Warm to the touch but not hot, my Audison was warmer from pushing the mids. I got it to push a GB RLp at 1 ohm, but it pushed my PG 12Ti pretty hard. I dropped in Kickstart my Heart from the Crue and it damn near stopped my heart . I got the wiring already so would a 2nd run benefit me? I'm running a 240a alt, xs power d3400 up front, big 3 and 2 kitneik hc2400s in the back. Soundqubed 4500. I just hear many different things and not sure if it would be worth my time. Thanks guys

Hey everyone so here's the deal I don't wanna spend $200 on a bezel to fit a double din... Although double dins look sick! So I'm sticking with a single din that has a flip out touchscreen. I've been looking everywhere for one the suits me. I have OCD and all the buttons need to be red along with a display that can be made red or something that won't stand out. My car is red and black. Also I need 3 preamp outputs. Subs, rear and front. Along with all this I need to be able to charge my iPhone and use it with the unit. I keep all my music in my phone, and I enjoy making calls through Bluetooth. Now I would like the USB port to be on the rear but the worlds not perfect hah…

Not too sure what to think of these... 100ah batteries for 160 bucks? I'm assuming that build quality isn't there compared to other high end battery makers, would they even be worth using? I'll probably be needing some backup electrical sometime soon and don't have a ton of money.

Im really looking to buy a FI BL 15, and I want to run it on a JL AUDIO 1000/1. I want to get the DVC 2 ohm. With all options. I have 1 gauge wiring, Big 3, and secondary battery in the trunk. Both batteries are Optima Red Tops. This will be in a 06 Nissan Altima. Is this amp sufficient power to push the Fi? I still have not configured anything for a box. Probably will be at 3.5 - 4 cu. ft. What should the box be tuned to for max output? I'm new to what type of box I should use so any advice will be appreciated. Right now I have a 12W7. I'm looking for SP and so I'm going for Fi.

Cruising around and bam battery light. Checked voltage, amp terminals, alt post, and batts. All checked out. Cranked the bass, voltage was dropping to 11.9 when the day before just dropped to 13.2. I have a dual alt kit. I unplug my primary and boom 12.9. I gotta check a few fuses and relays but I believe it just died completely. It's a tenney 270amp but I'm gonna probably get mechman or someone to rebuild it. If not ill grab me a hairpin 380!!!! Kinda sucks cause I was about to buy an iPad to glass into my dash.
