Have 2000 watts, which may be a little much. What are the box specs for Havoc 18? Besides SSA where can they be bought?

I have an 18" Avalanche that i bought about 1.5 yrs ago. Was wondering how much it would cost to get it reconed. Had it in a 13cu.ft box tuned to 30hz with 1200RMS and i loved it, but i assume it took all it could and is now making a scratching sound when i turn it up.

I used the search function but didnt find anything.. The Chaos is rated at 800, but im wondering how much it can REALLY take. I know companies like Fi, AA, DD, underrate their products.. Thanks alot guys/girls!

Putting together a little system for my new car, i picked up the jbl gto601.1 amp(580x1@2ohm) and i would like a pair of D2 or S4 Assassin 10's if possible or would i be better off just going with a single Arsenal 12 or 15?

I am looking for some recones for this sub was wondering if anyone can point me in the right derection. Thanks for the help.

EDIT: 15" assassin...ha ha. I feel stupid now. What volume am I looking for a sealed box for a 15" arsenal. Also, what volume/tuning for a ported box. I'm not going for boomy bass so much as controlled punchy bass. I don't want a small box with no range, but I also don't want a huge box. I want something in between that leans toward the small side. I would model it myself, but I can't find the specs as the site is down. Also, what amp in the ~$200 range would you recommend for this sub? Right now I have a MTX MXA8001 running 800@2. But I'm not sure that I like it.

I got an AA Arsenal as my first piece of good equipment last year. Hooked it up to an 1100d in a sealed box. Played and LOVED it. Until one day the output dropped considerably and i got out, the surround had torn 1/4 around the subs outer edge. I was upset, i blamed manufacterer error. I sent the sub in, Chad didn't beleive it was workmanship error. pulled the cone out and the coil was black. I was clipping the amp, very common mistake. although i was convinced i wasn't clipping, i sucked it up and accepted the truth. But despite my stupidity. Chad, being the superhero that he is sent me another sub. I couldnt be more thankful. I bot 2 12" assasins from him at that …

Is the mayhem louder then the btl??? How much are the mayhems? And last do they have options like the btls?

well i have the older model arsenal the 15inch i still have a warrenty on the two subs anyways everything checks out right the subs are reading 4ohms but the sub wont move the cone is locked up i dont get it

I know they are similar to SSD, but not the same. Need Parameters or recommended ported box, size, tuning. Listen to a lot of Metal and Reggae. Each sub only getting 500 watts in the trunk of a Grand Prix

Does anybody have the original sealed enclosure size recommendation and the driver cutout diameter for the Avalanche 12"? I found the 15" and 18" info through search and on their archive website but can't find the 12" info. Thanks in advance!

Hiiii, im building a sub box for a ascendant mayhem, but RE calc is wayyy off.. So I was wondering if i could get some help with someone so i can get the understanding of doing this so i dont have to have help again. PLEASE. The Mayhem is single 12", and in ported can only be in 1.75cf - 3cf. And sub displacement i know nothing of which i do and this is confusing i have 2 sheets of plywood ready to be drawn on, all going to be 1.5" thick unless you think otherwise? Was thinking around 25-35 wide, 15-17" high, 18" deep but the hertz from torres, 12 volt, and RE are all different and confuse me! Could someone make up a thing for me that would work prime around 2-3 cubic ft …

I'm thinking about either getting an AA Havoc 15" or a Fi Q 15" with all the options. The box that I'm planning on getting is a 4 cubic foot vented box with a port tune of 32 hertz. I have an atlas 15 that needs a recone. Is it possible to get this done at all? I know they don't exist anymore, but is it possiible to fix? Thanks PS, this is funkypupsrule if you see this chad. LOL My buddy wants to pay to send it off and I'm going to give him the speaker.

Hi, I bought a 12" Arsenal last year, due to moving and my error, I caused a tear (bout 2") on the sub surround and cone. I checked AA website, but it's offline. Do anyone have AA's contact info or pricing on reconing a sub? I already bought a new setup (RE MX 12") but figured i repair the arsenal and toss it in my girl's car. Thanks!

i have a box right now that was made by audibel customs. its 8 cubes tuned to 32hz. My question is, is this box going to be to big for 4kRMS+ daily? my box i dont mind getting a new box built. i was just wondering if i can save some money and not get a new one. some people tell me i will be fine some tell me it will be bad and some say it will sound bad. i am open to any opinions. thanks!

Called the office to get the number for the dealer in the bahamas was told that they were showtime records but nick has the info for them so hopefully he will see this and help me with contacting them thanks for any help
