Just added a new option to the SSD, Q, BL, and BTL lineup with colored logos for the dustcaps. Currently we have white, silver, blue, ice blue, red, yellow, green, and burgundy. We will be adding brushed aluminum and carbon fiber next week to the color list. Ill get the web designer to forward the color chart he is doing for the tech section and post it here as well. Just another way to add a your custom touch to the Fi lineup. Some of the colors (no white or silver as well... you should know what white and silver look like ) We will be adding "carbon fiber" and brushed aluminum shortly as well. Thanks, Scott

How long will it take to get my sub? For all Fi subs it is a 3-7 business day lead time. As all drivers are custom made when the order is placed (started the next business day if the order is placed after 12pm). Due to the ever increasing number of daily orders, we have had to change from our initial manufacturing flow process to one that is slightly more flexible and should be stable for the long term regardless of the number of orders received daily. Once we have received payment (and it has cleared) and the building process begins you will be emailed a tracking number via UPS (Quantum View). It Will say something to the extent of "Billing information received". This…

I sent out 2 emails with no replies. I'm Just wondering what happened with the "customer support"? I received 1 of 2 ssd with wrong fi color. My question was could you send out a free black "fi" sticker to replace with the right color, with out sending the subwoofer back? I know it's such a small thing but when you wait 2 weeks and pay 500$ , you should expect everything to be 10/10. I did mount my subs already as I became impatient over time. Well anyway hope to hear back , thanks.. I don't know how to post pics..

Just wondering opinions. Ive been eyeing both. God the new btl is sexy... but lacks a 4" coil. Which the sp4 has. But isnt as sexy. Running a sundown zv4 18 now and i have the itch for a new sub. It will go on my synergy 35.1. And really wanting to add a second amp and sub down the road. This will be used daily if that helps... opinions? Ive never ran FI but its going to happen if i can make up my mind.

Anyone want to post experiences with each model, how much power, results? exc. I want an n3 like a crack head needs his fix. Seems like the BTL is what really put Fi on the map as far as spl and woofer building respect. When all this was happening I had bought my first pre-09 Q motor.

So i ordered a sub for a buddy of mine for his birthday. Literally 24 hours later he impulse bought a sub himself from a friend of his. In short, I ordered a sub 24 hours ago, payment processed, order just got switched to awaiting fulfillment...so I know there are another 10-15 business days before the sub is built. I needed to cancel and refund this order ASAP so I dont end up with a sub for nobody. I have sent sales an email, but I have seen issues about response time. Has anyone had experience with refund/returns/cancellations? If so, how did you go about it?

Hey guys. I found a BL 15 for $230 and couldnt pass it up. Anyway I have a BL 15 with the cooling and daily option. The new one has the flatwind and SPL option. Would putting both of these in the same box cause problems? Would playing music through the SPL option sub be an issue?

I saw a picture of an N3 motor but I can't figure out how much of the motor is actually neo. So there are three lobes tot he motor and then there are a few blocks of material per lobe. The top plate, then two thin pieces side by side, then one big piece, and then the bottom plate. Is the neo just the thin pieces that have two side by side per lobe or is the block underneath that which is much bigger made of neo also? How does this compare to other neo woofers out there like the DC or the DD 95z or 99z?

Well after a few months of owning my Bl 12 I've learned that I won't buy a mainstream sub for myself ever again! I also won't ever build a box that isn't as good or better than the one that I built for this beast either! Its only seen a 1200w rms hifonics amp the time that I've owned it and I feel it could handle 2000w with proper crossover tuning. I ended up building a box which after bracing was really close to 2.45ft^3 and tuned to 30hz give or take a hertz(not sure if the port is "exactly" 2.5x12" and "exactly" 31.25" long). It gets much lower than the system in my s10 that is for sure! Although I do love the way it sounds down low, I'm missing the volume i had in…

I have question for you guys. I currently own a RE Audio XXX12 '06 and have previously owned an Adire Brahma 12 mk2 and I am looking for something else. I stumbled on the Fi Audio Q12. My main use for this driver would be SQ(L). And I have had the xxx and the brahma in custom made ported and closed boxes. Is there anyone who has heared the Q12 and xxx/brahma and can tell me what I could expect?

Hey there, I would like some help with dimensions for a box for my SP4 18 subwoofer. The SP4 18 will be powered by a crescendo 3500D. I only have very limited space inside my trunk, but I want a ported box in every case and I want it tuned to 34 Hz. The maximum dimensions are: Width: 86 centimeters Depth: 47 centimeters Height: 65cm (I want to stay at max of 60 centimeters if possible) greetings

I'm wondering how long does it take to get a refund for an order. I want the driver but I can't wait any longer for it. As I have out of town business to attend to. So how long. Has any one ever had to wait to get a refund from FI before? So far that is the only part of my build missing and I already missed a local show because my driver is late. Can someone shine some like here. Thanks
