i have tried to get ahould of somebody before i have had no luck.....i loved re then i got to fi and its discouraging to not be able to contact anybody.......all i have is a snapped tinsel lead and i was wondering about how i would go about sending it back to get fixed.....my local shop says either they cant fix it or if they can itll cost 175 and i know that some bs......i have to get this fixed asap cuz i have to do work at a bass comp in like 5 weeks.....i want everybody to find out what fi is about..... thank you Eric

Ok, so I order a new loaded BTL 15 on July 5th...It I got it yesterday so it didnt take long at all(it actually made it in a day earlier than UPS said it would). I got it all installed and its everything I wanted it to be. I look inside of the box and......NO STICKERS!!! The last BTL I had didnt come with stickers either but I was jus like...ok ...whatever...I'll get some next time I get a sub. STILL NO STICKERS!!! Do you hate me Scott? I not really mad lol! But I want stickers next time!

When i place my order, since I live in an apartment building, I was wondering if you can require signature confirmation so whoever you guys ship through doesnt just leave the sub sitting around the mail room or outside? this way if I'm not home, I can go pick it up and sign for it. thanks

i have an MTX 8500 sitting in my garage collecting dust, dude said it was working fine but it came frozen. is it possible for you guys at Fi to recone this thing with your soft parts?

We got my box finished up at 3 A.M. this morning. I didn't build it myself, but paid an installer who has did work for me before. The box is right at 8ft^3 and tuned to 33hz with 120^2 inches of port area. All i currently have is a Kenwood amp that puts out 900 watts to push the subs. THe subs have the copper coil option and I was defintely expecting them to be louder and lower than my previous 15" L7 ran off the same amp. Well, they exceeded my expectations! Just want to say how happy. I am I do not regret buying these subs they are all they are cracked up to be. Well worth the money and wait they are everything I've been looking for and then some. They are amazing subs and if your considering a sub from FI do not hesitate. Here's some pics as for a review They drop low when I say low I mean low. Think gut wrenching. Hey guys, I know you guys are super busy but I got a few ??'s for you. I'm going to be buying either a 15" or 18" BTL in the next 2-3 days, but I came across a used 18" BTL with a cracked basket. The part that is cracked is the part that the surround is glued to. They are very small. It was juts reconed and the tinsels arent even soldered on yet. My question is, if i were to replace the basket, would i have to cut the spider therefore needing another recone, or can I remove the cone without damage? If I cant do it with out damaging it, Can you tell me how much a new 18" basket and recone is? and also how much a 15" basket and recone would be? Thanks for your time and hel…

I wanted to know if you could send me the pdf of the Fi sticker so I could have them made to put on my windows in my van. I am new to Fi but from what I understand had something to do with RE. I wanted RE and a friend told me about Fi and I must admit the price is a lot cheaper. I want to know if you have a 5X Fi shirt available. Hello, I plan to buy some subs from here. I have a 93 camaro. Im wanting a very loud system with decent SQ. Ive been told to just get 1 10 in a custom box on another forum, but was hoping an emloyee would help me more. I was planning on getting 1 BTL 10/12/15 but dont know which would be best given the room in a camaro trunk. In a chevy tahoe. He swears by rocford and im wanting a system that will be just as loud, if not louder then his.(least thats what im hoping for)

I have an 89 Mercury Tracer, I have 7.7 cubic ft (internal volume) {39 in W, 23 in H, 18 in D} I would like the box to be tuned to about 32 HZ. I will be running about 3500 watts to the sub. any help would be appreciated, I do not know that much about tuning an enclosure.

When is FI audio producing a wallpaper? my computer needs one!

I noticed on some of the pics,the 18'' basket has small square windows at the bottom and the smaller subs have bigger arched windows.Are these generation differences like early or late model baskets? Are they related to the cooling options or BP Power? Do the recent 18s have the bigger arched windows cuz that's what sets the 12 spoke off for me?

Hey Scott, or anyone who can answer the question. I'm interested in retrofitting my 12" Q with the compression plug. How much power can I safely send it after the fit? It's doing with with ~1200w right now. Do I need an RA number or anything to send it back? Also, what would the turnaround time be from date of arrival? I understand you guys are still trying to get things back on track.

Hey Im going to be purchasing 2 12s from the website sometime soon. Maybe 2 weeks or so. I havent decided on which ones to go with yet. I have a 03 ext cab silverado with 2 12s already in there. I know Im going to need something under 7" depth. What sub do you recommend? Also what are the differences in the SSD and the Q? ONE more question. I want to power them with RF amps how many watts should I throw to them? Im thinking 2 RF 600.1 or maybe 1 RF T15002.
