Running it on a 1500D sundown. ordering the sub on friday and I am in need of advice for options, im poor so what is need for that thing to hit hard handle most of the amp.

I ordered a BTL 18 today, dual 1 ohm, and I was wanting to see if I could change it to dual 2. I'm using a RF T-1500, and I got to thinking that with the dual 1 I would either be able to run a half ohm load or 2 ohm. I'd like to change it to dual 2 since the amp isn't stable at a half ohm. would an ssd with only coppercoil be happy with 500rms or should i give it more. planning on getting 2 but dont want to have to upgrade electrical system.

I order a Q 12 from fi on the 17th of April. It been over 33 business day since I ordered my sub. Then FedEx sent me a shipment email saying that it would arrive on the 24th of April. I knew that was not correct. So I wait until June 12 before I emailed agin. No reply till last Thursday. When I got the email the said it said sub was being shipped and that FedEx would be sending me a tracking number? So I email them Friday asking about my tracking number and still no reply. I just want to know where my sub is.

Hey guys I have a couple of questions on the 12 Q's :] And this would be my first set up.(I'm a noob) Are this good SQ speakers with good bump to them? What Sundown amp would be good for this? Or if possible what other amps would be good? I was lookin at the Mmats amps.(I heard there really good) Also would the speakers sound diferent if I order them with BP power? I would be getting both for 518 without BP power wich is a really nice price. Also my box would not be that big for this speakers since I have a toyota celica st but I have a friend in florida that makes custom boxes and he told me that if the enclosure is made good like dimensions, tunning etc it will sound go…

Can you guys at Fi build passive radiators that have stupid amounts of displacement on a 12 or 15" frame? I can get some 18's, but they're too tall for my purposes (I think). I don't have my new car yet, so I'm attempting to draw out something insanely different

First the system: Right now I plan on doing 2 12's ported or 2 10's ported, Q's of course. 2k watts total. I will be running lots of mids and highs for "look" purposes as I am hoping to compete in shows, so I imagine around 1k watts, depending on stuff. I have a 160 amp alt and the stock battery is a 730 ampere battery. I already plan on doing big 3. I will probably throw in an extra battery as well. Will I need a bigger alt or will a 160 amp alt work? I know it brings a lot of other factors in. My amps are more than likely gonna be RF amps cause I can get a little deal on them. Any other suggestions or ideas to ensure I have adequate power would be great.…

***Attention Fi Car Audio Staffs!*** This is a notice regarding the future ordering of two Fi BTL Subs. one 15" BTL (dual 2, cooling option, daily, universal) and one 18" BTL (dual 2, cooling, 3rd magnet, HiXmCoil, Daily, universal). I asked my aunt from CA to order it for me because im from the Philippines. I'm a competitor in MECA at my state finals I managed to reach 154.4 at the headrest using two 15 in btls and using 2 American bass 500.1s. I can only give high praises to the newer style BTLs It took a little tweeking to get them there but with any new setup it takes work to get it loud. After about 75 burps I have on the subs with about 7500 watts to the pair these subs are still like new no signs of wear

amp RF T30001bd sub 1 18" BTL Fully Loaded Enclosure? I dont want to go to big while giving it this much power. Should i do 6 or 7cu ft I was thinking 7cubes with around 90sqin of port?

Does the BL 10" have the same issue as the BTL 10"?

order 2 BL 18's recently. got them both and i got a FI card and 2 Fi stickers but no receipt. i was wondering if you guys ship your subs with a receipt or not? if not its cool, i am just used to getting one in paper form as well as email form. George

well starting to think of a set up for next year going to maybe wall off the bug. Not sure if I want to go with 2 BTL18 with 2500RMS each or 2 15BTL on the same power. I compete in street beat and with 1 btl18 I do 145 but want a little more. With the 2 15's I would stay in the same class and should be louder box would end up at around 12-16cf before displacements. so from the experts here which would seem better I am leaning to the 15's. Is it possiable to recone a 18 to a 15 if I go to the 15's this would be nice.
