I got a VW Golf and i want a nice system with some heavy bass, Shall i pick 2 Fi BTL or 2 Pioneer 3000? and what amp shall i get if im picking the 2 Fi BTL`s?

I decided to sell my old 12's and go with a single 12 inch install. Im looking at the 12" SSD dual 2 ohm. IM looking to build a single ported box to replace my dual 12 ported box in my civic. I have a memphis mono 1000D for an amp. I decided to not go with a man stream name like i have in the past and try something new and have heard nothing but good things about FI. So any help on this subject would be aprreciated. I mainly listen to rap and metal. Also i was wondering if my 1000D memphis would be a good match for this sub and also i was curious about about how much does a 12 inch SSD weigh? total or magnet weight? Thanks

i have a 3 inch by 12 inch port that goes in 9 inches which means its tuned to 32 hz ... if i maybe woulda made it thinner and went back farther could it of been louder?

Just givin some scores at the local competition the USACI put on at the NOPI Import Faceoff in Montgomery, Alabama yesterday. I took 1st in 1001-2000 modified with a 147.2. Metered in passenger kick panel sealed up. I did not like the placement of the mic due to the fact my system is geared towards the windshield!!!! I also took 1st in super port wars with a 162.8. Not bad scores with dead cells in my battery under hood. metering 11.5 volts in the back at 2200 rpm. Replacing battery tomorrow. Does anyone know if FI got their internet back up and running? I talked to Nick on Wednesday or Thursday and he said the internet had been down all week so they couldn't ship anything out. I am waiting on 2 btl's to ship out so I was going to see if they ever got it running again

well i have a buddy that owns his own business and has 2 t2 15's on a T3k in an extended cab F150.....and i have my one btl 15 on a older model 1500.1bd and made his system look like sheit....thing is he said he absolutely loved my sub and is thinking about doing a bed cut with 8 Btl 12's and was wondering if there is any discount when buying more than 2 or 3....thanks

So I'm looking to get a 15" TC9 reconed by Fi right now, and possibly a Shocker Sig in the near future. I have sent a few emails to the recone address, but I got no response. Is there a better way to get this done? I would like to get this thing reconed ASAP, so any help at all would be appreciated.

I have a 2006 Nissan Xterra with 2 12" RE SE's in a custom 4 cu ft at 34hz enclosure (the old ones, not the seX) on a nasty TMA 1000.1 (I didn't know much about this, bought it cheap from a friend). I'm right on that 1000 rms borderline so I have not performed any electrical upgrades and my car is fine (no dimming etc). Problem is, this system doesn't really seem loud anymore LOL so I'm considering moving up to 2 15" Fi's. For amplifiers, I was considering a Sundown 1500 or Sundown 2000. I will perform the Big 3…

I want to put 4 15's in my truck and have no clue what to do. I love SPL and would like to do small competitions. The big problem is what to I go with. All in all, what is the huge difference between the BTL and BL, other than power. About how much of a difference will I notice between the two. Finally, I am a daily driver, so overall, which will be more benificial for me. I am lookin right now more at the BL due to price. I don't exactly know what this statement means on the BTL ordering page: "Current lead time is 30 days as of 11/30/09. Free cooling and sticker pack for all that order during this period." As I recall, cooling is usually a $40 option. And I would like to take advantage of it, but would like some clarification first, thanks!

Alright, So I Have a couple of questions. Currently I am running 1/0 to a saz-1500d and a 15" Fi BL with p chamfer. My question is i'm considering buying my friends 15" BL so I can run them both, his sub does not have a p chamfer, Is that going to be a huge difference in power or sound? My friend sugested that with the right electrical set up I could possible run my 1500d at .5 ohm. I'm not sure about that. Any suggestions and Info would be appreciated. Thanks

I have 2 BTL 15" 3 stack that I bought used and they are supposed to be fully loaded. One is pretty beat up so I decided a recone was in order soon. I got them cheap so I wasnt concerned and I knew they could be reconed. I had these 2 subs in my 95 grand marquis on 2 mmats 2100.1. I have 220 amp alt. Big 3 0ga and an Optima yellow top.
