Hey Guys, i´m a newbie here, this is a thread that i´m starting for a friend who doesn´t speak any english, well, to the point. We are from Panama City, Panama; He doesn´t have a credit card so he asked me if i could buy him a pair of BL 15" and isaid yes, well, i contact Scott and he was very kind giving me the quotes and all stuff, when i was about to make the buying, this question got to my mind, Can i pay the subs with an international credit card that has a international billing adress??? i asked Scott on an email and he hasn´t answered and i need to buy these animals today because there´s a comp coming very soon and my friend doesn´t have any subs, so, what do you g…

so i got the Re SX with the extra power mods you guys added back from ups today it looks and sounds awesome. i was really blown away by how much stiffer the suspension was than the sx suspension, and those tinsels are out of this world thanks so much for the help guys, it really wangs hard! ill definitely throw some vids up when i get the chance, got the sub 45 min ago and it's in and tested already.

Well my avalanche is officially done. The suspension was getting loose as it was and I apparently smoked the coils. I was listening to white girl when my car suddenly started to fill with smoke. It kept playing after that believe it or not but it was alot quieter and now it's cutting in and out. I know on the main site it says you guys recone other companies subs and considering the fi and AA connection I know this is where to go. However I didn't see any links to follow. Who do I get in contact with to get a recone kit sent to me? Can I get a cool new dustcap? (i'd like a new AA one, but whatever, just sick of the plain black)

would this be a good subwoofer enclosure for 2 fi bl's??? is the port fine?>?? and should i close each subwoofer in its own box..with its own port???/

Im am trying to get my box for a 18" Bl made before i order so that when it comes in i can just drop it in and go. Here are the specs and a couple of scketches. I also have a coulple of questions since i dont have the sub in yet. My main concern is i am wondering if the subwoofer is going to fit between the edge of the box and the L port. The distance between the two is 19.5 " is this enough room to fit the sub and the outside of the basket where the screws are. Also what do u think about the dimensions and the design. does anyone know if turning my sub around and mounting it to the box upsidedown harm the sub does it affect the sub sound?

Hey hopefully this isn't too bad a thing to ask for, but is there any way to ge a recone for a RE SX 12 via Fi? And if so, would it be possible to just pick it up instead of having it shipped? I might be in Vegas in the near future and it would be cool to skip the shipping. thx, Ash aka Rob

i am new to FI audio and ive been searching and watching videos. i have become very interested in this brand now. i want to probably just get one of the new 18" btl's and i didn't know what options to get for this sub. it will be used daily but i still want to know how many db's this thing will put out with just having one of them. and also what is the best amp for one? thanks

the btl recones will fit mt motors correct? and how much for dual tinsels. they will both be d2 18's. thanks

ok so i ordered a used fi btl and i got it and the postal serviced busted it and i got my money back and got to keep the sub. so i was wondering if thier was anything i could do to save it. thnks

I just picked up the subs I bought my brother for xmas 2 years. Still brand new in the box, x series(12's). I was contemplating buying a saz 1500d. I looked at the specs for it and it said that its 400w at 4 ohms. I have also read this amp is under rated in terms of power. So will this amp run these 2 subs? The alterior motive behind this amp is I will probably upgrade to q's in the next 6 months or so as well. Any help would be appreciated....

ok here's what i got...99 mustang rear seat delete wanna do a 15 bl d1 sub up port back in a 4.36cf box@33hz(that's internal)...i was told on here that fi's specs for cf are after speaker displacement...internal dimesions for box are 15x15x33.5...as for the port i got 4x15x25.66....does this sound cool...btw that 4.36cf is before port/bracing deplacement..as i stated earlier i was told that the fi specs for speaker displacement are already included....if someone can confirm that this is all good i would greatly appreciate it

nick.. i called scott and spoke with him for just a second.. he said he thinks he may have a VC stilling around some where.. but wasnt sure.. so i figured i would ask you to see if you had an idea>? also that would be the cone and surround aswell correct? with a dustcap? im sure it wont be the OEM but just a cap. im not sure how this works but it has the adjutable coils on it?? im not too sure i need that if there is another option anyway thanks for your time in advance.

Today as i was listening to my music, my bass shut off. i turned off all power and parked my car at the house. I came out about half an hour later to find my car filling up with smoke and when i opened my trunk i found my port spewing smoke. After i was finally able to get the box out of the trunk, i examined the damage. The voice coil is pretty messed up along with the spider. I was curious if anyone had any clue what would cause that damage? today was an extremely hot day but i wouldn't think that would be enough to push my sub over the edge.. I've also been listening at that volume since i got the sub in september of last year. Also, will the BL recone kit on you…

Well there are so many "Where is my sub!" threads I figured I should change it up a little I ordered my 15 inch ssd about 2 weeks ago and it came today! Faster then I expected and it looks like a great sub. Just wanted to say thanks!

I have a high output alternator being built, then Ill install 0 gauge power and ground wires,rebuild subwoofer box so all 4 subs will be facing up. Front door panels will be rebuilt installing an E8 sub as midbass, powered by a soundstream rubicon 1002, and soundstream RF-60 component set for mids and highs also powered by a soundstream rubicon 1002, the E8s will be bandpass at 60 herts to 200 herts, then the RF-60 comp set will play 200 herts and up.
