I have a 2008 bl 15 w cooling and flatwind option on a us amps 2000x (2000w easily). Have had this setup for bout 9 months now running with no issues but it seems as of late that it just doesn't seem to be as accurate as it used to be. Also feels like I'm missing some punch. Being that I've been throwing a lot of power to it, possible that the soft parts properties changing from all the movement?

I Have a fully loaded BTL 15" Running on an SAZ-3000D my question is will getting another one make that much more of a difference? since they will both be running off the same amp. Eventually i plan on getting another SAZ-3000D when money will allow but since i only have 1 3000D will sending 1200-1500 watts to each be louder than if i sent 2500-3000 watts to 1 ?

i was wondering would the Fi Bl 15 in a tuned box be louder in bass then two type r 10's? hmm and what is a good tuning for the Bl 15? 35hz? 32 hz? or 30hz? i was planed on hitting the low lows. were people can here me a block away.. thats why im goin with Fi

I have US Amp's MD.3D amp (2000 watts output), would it be necessary to add BP Power for this setup? Or will i be ok? Is there a differance in SQ or sound output without BP Power?

Hey guys, need s'more help once again . I got a price quote from somebody online about having a box built for 2 Fi Q 15's... I told him the dims I had to work with (40" deep, 19" high, 48" wide) and the tuning freq (32Hz) and he came out with the rest. Is this a good setup? 30" deep x 19" high x 28" wide 6.1 cu ft tuned to 32 hz w/88 sq in of port. Thanks

does anyone knows if the bl 15" will work in 2.50 cubes box

I have a 12" BL thats was dropped ans the basket broke right off the motor. I am planning on selling it and was wondering would you rather fix it yourself or buy it fixed? I am planning on JB Welding it back together. I will be selling 2. One is a month old and is perfectly fine. What do you guys think?? They are both 12" BL D2 w/Hyper Pole.

I ordered my sub woofer on the 30th of Dec. and i got an email saying i would be getting my sub on the 7th. But Nothing at all yet. This SUCKS !!

Well today I curiously clicked on my tracking number to see if the sub had shipped not only was it shipped out before the holiday, its in my damn town and will be here tomorrow..... I find this amazing being that Fi has been flooded with orders, Scott was gone, and I had added the BP option. I placed my order on the 26th and wasn't even expecting it till like next week.... Well I received my recone today and its the right model, but wrong impedance. I asked for a dual 1 and you shipped me a dual 2 Q 15. I posted on the forum as soon as I received my tracking # as it looked like the wrong ref. # because it said D2. I don't know what else I could have done to try to prevent this from happening. This is really rediculous that you guys can't get this right. Simple logistics starting from your ordering to your picking/shipping can't be done correctly. So i have looked at the ported box design at the top of the page for an X 10". My question is how will this sub perform sealed in about .75ft^3? I know ill get more output out of the ported box and a little tighter bass from sealed. Is that 32hz tuning ideal for the X 10" I would assume since the fine folks at Fi posted that diagram and they know their speaker better than anyone. Once again im powering it off the back two channels of a JL J2 320.4 so around ~180 watts. Vehicle is a 1998 explorer so space isnt the issue at work here.

Ok I got my X's in and will be installing them within the next couple of days. I will be ruinning them off of the sub channel of a 25 to Life Power 1000 rated for 300w Rms at 4ohm and 800w Rms at 1ohm. Right now I have a pair of ED 12o.14's running at 2 ohm (rating of the amp is 600w Rms at 2 ohm) With the ED's the subs seem to be a little over powering and I was wondering how they will do with the 300w for the pair. I know that most of you will say "try it and find out" but I want to know if anyone else has already tried it. Thanks all! David

I've been waiting forever to hear back from PSI with an invoice for a recone and I'm starting to lean toward just buying one straight from Fi. I have a 12" UFO BTL that has been reconed once already. Is the Xmax coil option an option that you can add regardless, or do you have to originally have an Xmax coil to get it? I'm not sure what the sub has/had. I just don't want to order a recone and it not work.

Ok I am new to the forums and hope this is the right spot to ask. If it is not...please point me in the right direction. Anyway I am interested in finding out what it would cost or if fi has any Re audio xxx 12" 2006 recone kits? I believe it is a Dual 2 ohm sub.
