Not in a rush Scott I know your busy but the prices shown at Fi aren't as exciting as the one I purchased before...lol I'd PM this but.... Do you know or remember the setup of the sub I purchased?(Meade's build) I'd like them the same but Dual 1's. I know the previous one was set up for Daily and thats it. I'm new to the BTL's and I'm hooked and wont use nothing else man. I want 2 of them.

Been a member since I ordered my 2 stock spec SSD 12's a couple of weeks ago. I have noticed most people tend to go for BL's and BTL's. So all you fellow SSD owners let's see what you got and how you like them. Pics and videos would be nice too! Info on spl numbers, what kinda box you're running, auto make and model, etc.... Anything you wanna share. Mine come tomorrow so I won't have them in the car for a couple of weeks while I run new power wire and build the box. Def taking some pics though. So show some Fi SSD love people! Let's put all these BL and BTL threads to shame!

ok so the amp set up i have is a soundstream rubicon 2500 running to 1 fi q 15 1500 rms sub. i have the sub wired this way from amp.. negative to negative positive to positive. and then on the other side i have positive to negative.. is that a 4 ohm wiring?? my amp is only 1 and 2 ohm stable.. is it ok for my subwoofer to be wired that way?? my imput level is up to about 80% and my bass knob i dont go pass half the volume. the only reason why my imput level is up that high was becuase when tunning it it was at the only level that it picked up good bass.. will this kill my sub??? the FI Q has all the bells and whistles.. its fully upgraded.. Class D Rubicon Mono Channel …

  11. So i ordered a sub for a buddy of mine for his birthday. Literally 24 hours later he impulse bought a sub himself from a friend of his. In short, I ordered a sub 24 hours ago, payment processed, order just got switched to awaiting fulfillment...so I know there are another 10-15 business days before the sub is built. I needed to cancel and refund this order ASAP so I dont end up with a sub for nobody. I have sent sales an email, but I have seen issues about response time. Has anyone had experience with refund/returns/cancellations? If so, how did you go about it?

  12. I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch P1000-1bd amplifier and I am looking for a good quality subwoofer. What would be the best 12" subwoofer for me to get for around 1000 watts rms if I am looking for sound quality with decent spl? I have a bassworx 12" ported subwoofer enclosure that is tuned at 42hz and is about 1.65 cu ft. I want to get an Fi Q 12" subwoofer but the recommended tuned frequency on it is between 28 and 33hz with a recommended minimum volume of 1.75 cu ft. I was wondering how much this would affect my subwoofers performance and its quality?

Right now I have cheap Duals from best buy, so this is why I call this my first "real" system. Originally I had no idea what I was looking for, just that I wanted good sound quality since its a daily driver and I wanted it LOUD. I ran across a few choices and like the AudioQ HDC3's, but I figured I'd go with the FI Q's instead as I've heard they get pretty loud while still sounding extremely good. Heard great things about FI as a company as well. I am driving a 00 4-door sunfire so fitting a very large box isn't really going to happen. I have enough trunk space to fit a larger box to fit two 12's (maybe), but the problem is getting it into the trunk. So my options are ei…

First off I should say this is a great site, especially having the manufacture forums. Back early on in high school I was in a friends regular cab truck, with what I later learned was 500 watts going to the subs, and I guess you could say it left a footprint in my mind about car audio. Scroll ahead to me being 23 now and after spending a couple years in performance and looks category I have started to piece together my first car audio setup. I have been trying to learn as much as I can for what seems to be close to a year now, I know some of you must be thinking 'what's with all the wait?' I have learned with especially performance it is not always the best of things jus…

Im looking to do a similar swap like Chris did from his TDXs to a "Q"....... I plan on using my eD 9.1 for power and I am having Woodlawn make me a small ported enclosure for my Silverado...... Musicly all i listen to is classic rock,70s,80s...old school disco and new wave (yea yea,im old) I love my TDX in my little hatchback but its very large in depth and hard to make fit the truck As for comps,im still searching but it looks like a set of DLS UP6s are in my future w 150x2 for power.... Being into SQ and liking it loud - is the Q the way to go,maybe one of FI's other offerings? thoughts
