I placed an order for the Fi SP4 15 on 2-14-14 and the order status says awaiting fulfillment, not quite sure what that means but the money has been taken from my account and I cannot get ahold of Fi. I have emailed them multiple times with no response and the only phone number I have when I call it says it's an old Fi number the mailbox is full and to email the store. Any help is appreciated.

I ordered and paid for a Sp4 18 d2 one week ago. Sent an email the next day about adding carbon cap option and have not got a reply. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok I'm sure some will get a kick out of this, but this is my first time with an Fi sub. I have everything wired up and just have to screw the sub into the box, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. It looks like the whole surround is metal with rubber on top. There are some partial holes on the bottom of the metal but they don't match up with anything on top. I'm just a little confused because I thought this would be the easiest part, and I figured I would ask before I go about damaging the sub with a drill. Sub is 12" BTL N2. I've had it for years and never got around to installing it until now.

I've ordered a lot of equipment from many various companies and never experienced such concise, respectful, and businesslike as Fi gives.I made several mistakes when creating my online account and ordering and they fixed all they could, next business day... astounding! Can't wait on my sp4 to come in... if the same work ethic goes into the making of my product that goes into customer service, I expect I will be more than pleased.

Hey guys was wondering if anyone can give me a box design sealed for 1 10 ssd fully loaded trying to do some experiments in the trunk to see what works best. I don't want it to be bigger than 12x12x12

i bought some ssd 18s used how can i tell if they have the high qts option, and if i had a fully upgraded sub whats will be the rms and max watts of the sub?

I must say Nick is the man. I contacted him with a few questions about my order December 12th and not only did he adjust the order my 3 SP4 15's arrived 14 days(not working days) but 14 days later. That's only 7 working days because I am sure they took Christmas off. That's fast customer service and the reason why I stick with this company. Just wanted to thank Nick again. This will be my first time running 15's.

So I get this e-mail saying the status of the order I placed on Nov-30 has changed. The item has shipped. Pretty fhawking cool I thought, and went on my merry way. I figured it'd come some time after X-mas. Later in the day, I was out in the garage getting ready to do an oil change when the FedEx truck pulls up. WTF!? Sho nuff, the delivery man drops this off: No way, I just got the email, I thought to myself... Well I guess the automated Fi customer update system is still set to BTL UFO order fulfillment schedule. On a side note it looks like FedEx is on a roll with punching holes in the sides of boxes. im doing a single 12 ssd on a rockford 1200.1d in a pontiac vibe and want the best bang for my buck... does anyone have any plans they may be willing to share? i dont want to use the re audio calculator cause i know thats not very accurate. and im also thinking abou buying a custom box from "dave the box guy" but thats at least 6-10 weeks so i will have to build something for the meantime... any thoughts are appreciated.

what is the average wait time to receive the subwoofer when you place a order. I ordered my sub Nov. 3rd and it still says " awaiting fulfillment "

Just purchased my sp4 15 from Fi on November 15 and recieved it on December 7! They even slapped on a carbon fiber dustcap for free!! Terrific customer service, and I will be buying from them in the future! Keep up the great work guys!

so i Have an Fi SSD 12 Subwoofer and a planet audio 4000.1 amp i dont know if i set the levels on the amp correctly or not. so i just hooked it up yesterday and when testing it out i feel that the sub should be playing louder. Maybe i have to what till i breaks in to get louder or what ? thanks for any comments.

Hey guys I have a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis that I currently have a 12 inch Orion HCCA 12.4 in with an over sized box as seen here And I'm looking to get two Fi Team 15's but I have no clue what the measurements would be for a box or better yet if said box (ported I only do ported) would fit properly in even a trunk that size as I've never owned 15s idk. And help, link or measurments will do thank you.

I need some help deciding which sub would be my best choice based on my situation. I was originally set on buying 1 12" Fi Q and putting it in a sealed box but the more I read the more I see people choosing the Fi BL and using a ported box as it seems to get louder. I've talked myself into the BL over the Q but after looking at the cut sheets in the technical section I dont think I can comfortably fit the 12" BL ported box in my trunk without giving up a lot of it (Lexus is250), but I could fit the 10" BL ported box comfortably. So which would be a better choice? A 12" Fi Q or a 10" Fi BL? Also I'm not sure if I can post ebay links but wanted to get opinions on t…

Hi, I recently ordered a recone kit with a 15" basket for a btl n2. I saw, on bongo International (the shipper to my country) that there is only one package. I wonder if the basket is in the package. I could not see it on the pics provided. My sub is a 12" and I want to recone to a 15". I've ordered the good size for the recone. I hope it will come complete.

There is a problem with my Q 12, and I need to send it back to Fi to work on it. I got an email from Nick that says: "The only thing I can think that may have happened is the coating that is on the top side of the cone body has delaminated. One out of every 1500 cones or so will run into this issue. Print this email off, place it in the box and send it in to us. When we get it back in I'll check it out or another tech will check it out and see what's going on." So do I not need a return authorization number? I just send the box with the email in it and that's it? Also, does it matter how I ship it? Is USPS fine?

Well it's time for a recone, beat the hell outta of my 15 d2 BL. Tensil leads snapped and burned up, oh well time to fix it lesson learned... I need some info on everything I need to order from Fi to get this done.. Like I said its a dual 2 ohm fully loaded..... I got mine back in February is mine a 2009 series? Can I recone it to a dual 1. Been Running a crenshendo 2250 @ 1 ohm...would I be better off going .5 if I can recone to dual 1?.. Thanks for all in put...
