Ok, I need some help. I've decided to get an 18" Fi BTL for my expedition. I have no idea what to power it with.....Sundown? Kicker? what?.... I'm kinda indecisive on the amp because I know its recommended for around 1500rms , but we all know they can handle more. And I want more Safely, do you think I should go with some 3000 watt amp - such as the Saz-300d ? Also, with a 150amp alternator, can I get by with two yellow top batteries? Or should I get a 240amp alternator? And if I do get the upgraded alternator, will I still need a battery in the rear?

I was just wondering if anyone has ordered a Fi recently and what the shipping time was like. I ordered mine on the 7th and was hoping to get the build done over spring break which is the 16-20 for me. Thanks

Im looking to get an Fi Q 15in at 2 ohm dual hooked up to a hifonics brutus 1200 watt i have a couple of questions... would it sound better ported or sealed. and does Bp power add more power?

Does anyone know how i get a recone kit for my SX? My buddy talked to someone on here and they said it was possible to recone it as an Fi. Im jus wondering how I go about getting one.

Hello everyone, new to posting on this site. I just ordered a ssd 12" and a AQ1200d. I can't wait! My last setup was a pioneer champion pro 12" and i have read so much great stuff about Fi. I hope you guys are right! I drive a 2001 Toyota Tacoma ext. cab so it should be pretty sweet. I'll be running it in a sealed box due to tight space and i like quick hits. I got it fully loaded with the H-Qts sealed option. I'm really looking forward to using Fi!

What is better, and what is louder, an 18" BTL or Solo-x, if they were both at the maximun power they could handle?

Well i got my first 18in btl and all i can say is wow. definitely impressed with this baby and cant wait to order the second. Hey Scott, or anyone who can answer the question. I'm interested in retrofitting my 12" Q with the compression plug. How much power can I safely send it after the fit? It's doing with with ~1200w right now. Do I need an RA number or anything to send it back? Also, what would the turnaround time be from date of arrival? I understand you guys are still trying to get things back on track.

I was just reading back on some topics and i think that i dont need the Universal option if i get dual 2 coils is that true? Will the dual 2 coils definitely give me a 1ohm load?

Greetings all, I'm in need of a single new 12" sub for use with my current amplifier and sealed box (daily driver), and was wondering if any of the Fi products would work nicely. Amp: Phoenix Gold ZX500 (rated at 600RMS bridged, 4-ohm load) PG websites states the amp may be underrated by 5 to 15% - so maybe closer to 700RMS? Box: Audioformz monoGlass12 sealed fiberglass at .95 ft^3 Other: Factory electrical system, with the addition of a useless 1-farad stiffening cap. Enclosure located in trunk of a small sedan, facing rear corner. Partially open rear deck. I have a friend thats pretty familiar with Fi and and most audio, he has told me that Fi is coming out with a 22" speaker in the future. I'm just wondering if thats a lie.

Im looking into getting a 15 for daily use. I want it to be a daily pounder that sounds good also. i mostly listen to rap music. I got a memphis 1000D to run it and im looking at either the SSD or the Q, im on a budget so not sure which one i need with what options? Moeny wise which would be the best sub for what i am looking for? Only thin i know is it has to be a dual 2 ohm. help me out thanks

Hi I just got my 12" BL and I'm starting the box for it. The box will be about 2.6 ft^3 and tuned to 33Hz I was just wondering if a 3" port would work or if i should use a 4" port. I'd like to know if there is any difference in SQ or output with a different diameter port.
