Got this on my order status. "Manual Verification Required" I think this means they want an email from my account to verify purchase so that's what I did. Said take my money and yes please build it and I can't wait to get it. This what Fi wanted? please let me know thnx and God this wait will hurt lol order # 1503

Okay so I'm pretty new to Fi, but maybe this can be stickied. I figure if everyone posts when there order ships out and what order number they had, the rest of us can get an idea of the amount of time we still have to wait. I may not tell us how many days but can tell us if it'll be a month or two. Just an idea here, so if you support it, post a reply with your info. So i'm in the middle of building my box, i used torres tuning calculator along with sketchup to design the box, i'm 98% done with it and realized that my Hz may change due to the fact i'm using a center divider. currently my specs are, 2 12in Fi BL's 3/4in MDF Outside Measurements Height-15 Width-34 Depth-20 Center Divider- 18.5 x 13.5 Inner Port Dimensions Height-13.5 Width-2.5 Length-17.75 Those specs give 32Hz overall "if" i use them in Torres Tuning Calculator, now im a little upset cause i think im gonna be starting from scratch again being i added the center divider, if i split the width in half to make up for the center divider i get stuck with 51Hz If …

I'm a true FI fanatic. Amazing products, and well worth the money. But the customer Service has just been so bad lately that I don't even know if I want to place an order with you guys again.. I just ordered CA glue from your store, JUST to support the brand, because I love your products and I want you guys to continue coming out with great products... I just want to ask... How hard is it to put some CA glue and accelerator in a box and ship it? seriously....

I am going to purchase some FI subs. I am looking at 2 15's. I have been looking at the Sp415's but have been seeing alot of people have been going with the BL series. Now the BL N series is the neo mags which increase the cost. this is for my daily driver. I like my music loud. Here is some back story to where I am at. I went to a shop that took good care of me 10 years ago but all they wanted to sell me was JL audio. I think that is great equipment. Just not wanting to follow the heard. I recieved an email saying My order # 1001 has shipped back on February 19th. It still has not arrived??? I am trying to contact FI to let them know because it may have got lost somewhere. I know the postal system is screwed up.

I have sent several emails to change my order of the bl 10 from dual 2 ohm to dual 1 ohm, but I have not received any response if they could do it. I was wondering if I could just get a conformation on if they can do it or not. My order number is #1379.

i have been emailing fi and get a answer like i will check on your order monday then monday comes with no reply than i email again and get no reply actually i emailed about 7 more times no reply no answer no info been waiting over a month now and they cant even tell me anything or reply to my emails wtf is going on with fi

Is there a longer than normal lead time right now? I would imagine tax return time is a busy part of the year for car audio companies. I know with my past orders from Fi they would end up being shipped after two weeks. Im at three weeks right now and havent gotten a shipping label notice yet. I know they'll "get here when they get here...but im just wondering if its gonna be a much longer than usual wait. Was hoping to get mine by this thursday so id be able to demo my 4 Sp4 15s at our annual company meeting, but not looking good now. Definitely be some disappointed coworkers lol.

alright so I have a fiberglass sub box that is shaped very weird .. its cut out for a 10 was thinking about an fi q .. I currently have a kicker cvr in there that is just not cutting it, will I feel the bass better with a q or will it not be as loud?

need a recone for my mag viii, now do i send the motor in to Fi and get it sent back or can i prchase a recone and do it myself? and if i could do either or what would a round about price be for either, im in cali. for shipping

I have a single cab s10 and wana try out the ssd 10. Should I do ported or sealed and how much volume gives best potential. If ported where should I point the port? Floor, forward, ceiling

Got my new BL 15 today, its so pretty I wish i had the box already built so I could just install it and hear it.

I ordered my second pair of SP4 15s last friday and today the order status switch to "manual verification required". Im an electrician and work out on the road all week on the current job im on. Nearly impossible for me to get packages at my address, so i had them shipped to my girlfriends house. If someone from Fi wants to vall me, my cell phone # was included with the order. When i ordered my first pair of SP4s i tried to do the same thing and they were shipped to my address anyways. They almost ended up getting sent back. Life on the road...it sucks! So please get ahold of me Fi!

My order #999 was a Q18 Dual 2. Dual 2 is important, because I'm only running 1 woofer and I need to be at a 1 ohm final load. I received my speaker in the mail a little under a week ago, and brought it out lat night to do some wiring. I hooked up the multimeter to the terminals, and...what in the world? Both voice coils read 5.2 ohms. Dual 4 isn't even an option on the website? How did I end up with what appears to be just that? I sent Shawn an email through the sales email, hoping to hear back today. I'm at a 3.2 final load, which is no bueno. I've got 1500 watts on tap at 1 ohm, and I'd like to use them all.

I ordered a new fi bi 15 and a recone for a fi bl. And only my recone was shipped where is my fi bl 15

well yesterday was not a good day for me. while sitting at a local grocery store parking lot my sp4 caught on fire in my vehicle and i had to pull the heavy box and sub out of my truck while on fire and ended up going to the ER with 2nd degree burns on my hand. My question is why did this happen? i seen a few things about the new leads that the company uses are breaking off and sparking. i was running a hifonics brz 1700 to the sub so it was a good bit under powered. i emailed fi but that could take a few day to hear back, since this was not my fault and had nothing to do with the sub acting up will FI replace the sub or give me a recone at least? I ordered a 15 q dual 1 ohm with cooling on 2/13. I work at best buy and get a great deal on kicker amps. Today the kx1200 dropped in price and is now in my price range. Problem is it is 1 ohm stable and the amp i previously picked out was 2 ohm stable. So i ordered the dual 1 ohm. I need to change my order. I need a dual 2 ohm instead. Is this possible?
