I was wondering, I'm from Kuwait and i like to order a Fi BTL 15" subwoofer from their site.. How's my ordering system should be if they are asking for the state? I have a friend here working in an US army base he can provide me his address there so that i can order to the website.. the problem is the state what should i put there in the field?

Hey guys, I just ordered my Image Dynamic components and now I'm starting to look into my subwoofer setup. I've narrowed it down to three choices. I listen to mostly rap and hip hop, but I do like alternative every now and then. Here are the three setups that've really stood out to me. 1) 2 12" Fi SSD's powered by a Cadence DCA 1600.1 in a ported box to specs. 2) 2 12" Image Dynamics IDQv3's in a sealed encolsure powered by a AudioQue 1200D or Sundown SAE-1200D. 3) 2 12" AudioQue SDC2.5's in a ported box powered by an AudioQue 1200D or Sundown SAE-1200D. I know you guys do not check the forums very often, but I've sent a few emails and I know that you guys are super busy, so I just wanted to ask here of the off chance on of you checks it. I sent in my AA Havoc 15 to get repaired and got it back good as new (excellent service btw). But I was wondering if you could tell me exactly what went wrong with it, as we were never able to figure it out. Not just "mech issue" or "thermal issue," I am wondering what actually went wrong so I can make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for the great service and sub guys! What is the biggest difference between the 12 inch SSD and the 12 inch Q other than the 200 watts of more power?

I recently had a system set up in my xterra and i had purchased a dual 2ohm Fi Q 10" to be run by a cadence iA7 amp. The box was built to be stealth in my xterra and is a sealed and i was told built to house about 0.4cubic feet. I got one last week and the other one today. I like how the first one that came in had the black basket, but not a big deal cause it wont be seen. Box build may begin tomorrow after work, but will start sunday for sure. oh yeah, they are BL 18's D2 with cooling, flatwind, universal, and daily and will be run with 2 saz-1500d's.

So ive done a lot of searching around here at the forums looking for a good daily sub. I finally stumbled across FI's BL series and tried to do some research but just couldnt find the information that i was looking for. So i was looking into buying a BL15 with the pole chanfer and cooling options. So heres my questions. What would be a good size box and tuning frequency for higher output? Amp? And most importantly its output capabilities with spl oriented setup. everything will be going into a 93 Lincoln Town Car. any info would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, for the last year and a half iv been planning on getting the 10" SSD till recently i found a steal of a deal on craigslist for a 12"Q for 100 bucks duel 1.75 ohm coils Currently i have it in a ported box with 600W RMS running to it at 4 (3.5)ohms. My question is if i run it with both positives and negatives together insted of series and it turns into 1 (.87)Ohms will it be too much being alittle under 1 ohm load? if not then what would be a good amp to push it at 1 ohm 1000 RMS? My plan in the end is to get a sealed encloser with 1000 RMS @ 1 ohm since i like sealed better and getting a 1000RMS 4 ohm amp is expensive as hell.. thanks for helping an taking th…

Alright so heres my situation. I currently have 2 12"alpine type R's. They are dual 4ohms and i have them wired up at 1ohm on my mtx amp. My amp is a ta7801 which is advertised at 1200w rms at 1ohm. But the birth/dyno sheet with the amp is 1663rms. I am pretty happy with this setup but just like everone else, you always want something newer and louder. Well a buddy of mine just offered me 300 for just the subs and custom box i built. Considering i payed 115 a peice for the subs this really got me thinking. Well i've got my friend hooked on Fi. He wants to build a setup with my help. He is looking at a 12" or 15" Fi BL Powering it with a Directed 1100d, old model. He listens to mainly rap, and it will be placed in a Grand Am. What options should he look into with this amp power. I told him to just get it fully loaded if he ever plans to upgrade someday. Just need some opinion. His main concern is what size to go with, what is your opinion, I personally went with the 15, and love it.

i have a rockford fosgate t30001db a 200 amp alt. a yellow top in front and a kinetiks hc2400 battery in back ive been buyin piece by piece now its time for the subs i want to buy sum fi's but dont know wich ones... is this amp not good enough for 2 15" BTL's fully loaded?? if not what would yall suggest?? thanks for the support

ok so i have a 2006 chevy silverado krew cab and im going to remove the back seats and install front seats in the back(without the center console) now i know for a fact that i will be running only 1 and i want the BTLs but i dont know what sub to go with 12 or 15. also i was going to use a MA HK4000D amp to run the 12 but i wouldnt be sure what to run the 15 with if i decide to get that. im a do it your selfer and i have the time and the space to wire everything and make the box im just stuck on that issue.i listen to rap/metal/rock.

I'm thinking of getting one Q12 and powering it with a Kicker ZX1000.1 at 2ohms. I listen to mostly rap music and I'm looking for a sub that will give me accurate bass and can also give me great high and low bass. I hear the Q is great on low bass but I was wondering how is it at high bass? I know that getting a set of 10's would probably give me better high bass, but I'm looking for something that will give me a good mix of both.

i have a Bl 15" that is blown and it needs to be sent in and repaired. but while its being repaired i was wondering if theres a way to upgrade it to handle 1500 rms..if so how much would all this cost to get fixed? or would it just be cheaper buying a fully loaded new one?

I'm not sure if I want 2 15" BTLs with 2k each or 1 18" btl with 3000-3500 to it. How do the Btl's compare to the MTX 9500 and the JL W7? Personally, I dont care for the JL, but I love the 9500s.
