I sent my FI BL12 fully loaded out to be reconed over a month and a half ago and it hasnt been sent back to me yet. Ive been in contact with FI and they said they thought it was shipped out already....Where is my subwoofer? Can someone from FI please confirm my order and make sure my subwoofer is done and will be shipped out soon! Order number 1089

im gonna put a fully loaded dual 1 ohm fi btl in a 98' ford explorer and have an AQ 3500D powering it with a kinetik hc2400. the only thing im not sure on is a box for the BTL. i want the box to provide the most SPL. if anyone could help me it would be most appreciated.

I could get a saz-2000d right now for my 18'' BTL fully loaded Should i take the 2k or wait maybe for a 3 or 3.5k one. Would there be a big difference? Thanks

Hello, i am wondering if FI car audio can sell me a voice coil. I have all the neccessary parts for my 15" dayton audio MK3 recone but the vc. pierceaudioproducts sent me the wrong one, and when i reordered they didnt get it in. anyway the simpl specs are 2.5" diameter, 3" height, 2" winding, Dual 4 ohm impedience. i would also be fine with single as long as it is powerfull. I emailed FI but i havnt recieved a reply yet, so i thought i would try here. I am trying to get the caliper measurements for it. ALSO, i have various 2.5" voice coils and various spiders, baskets, etc., if anyone is intersested please say so. Thanks

Right now in my truck I have a ported enclosure with 2 12" Rockford P3's, 500 watts each. I am new, so to me this is really nice and loud....actually produces a decent amount of SPL, made my rearview mirror fall off a couple times. Anyway, do you think 2 12" or 15" Q's sealed can compete if not beat these. I know they will kill the P3's in SQ, but I dont wanna lose all my SPL. I keep reading these things throw out a nice amount even sealed. THANXXX

Hey guys new here .... Just wondering if someone can explain to me what the different options are that are available ... P chamfer, cooling, flatwind, Hixm Coil, 3rd magnet ..... etc When are they necessary? ... anybody have pics to go along with it? I'm interested in buying a loud setup probably 2-12" BL's that still maintain a little sq TIA

Do you think a Soundstream PCA2000D would give me enough power to push two 15" or 18" Qs? If so would I purchase dual 2 or 1 ohm subs? If I wanted to get the full power out of the amp I would have to go with the 1 ohms, but how would I wire them? This amp is only stable at 1 ohm right? Would a .5 ohm load put too much stress on the amp? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

What does rescheduled to 3/7/2007 mean? Is that when I can expect it. UPS is showing my sub as rescheduled to 3/7/2007.

Right now i have a 15" FI Q with BP and im trying to sell it. A guy came up that was interested and before i was asking more but i really need the money quick so i said $200 for sub or $299 for sub and box. I made the box so cheap because it was custom made for my car. Anyways, to get to the point he only has 170 now and so he was thinking of trading and he has some 12" audiobahns and i dont want that and then he has a jensen vm9312. Currently i have an Alpine 9886 so my question to you guys is should i trade and get the headunit or is my alpine better and i should just wait for cash? Thanks, Alex

I have a 91 S-10 Blazer 4dr... Right now I have a full JL Audio setup with a JL 300/4 powering my JL speakers and a JL 500/1 powering my 12W7 in a sealed box. Now I want to upgrade. I have a buddy with a single BL 12 which sounds good...but I think I want more than that. My problem is this, I want bass...lots of bass, like to the point that you turn on a bass track or a decent rap song and it's hard to breathe or swallow...lol...but I want it to sound decent (had a ground zero nuclear 15 once...bass was brutal but sounded like crap...) I know that you can't have SQ and SPL together... I want SQ, just SQ that moves you...lol. I listen to all types of music but mostly…

i have two fully loaded 18 btls and just ordered the 3500d from sundown wanted to see if u guys thought one would be enough or should i order another 3500???? any help would be great

im looking for 3-4000 watts its going to be for 2 btl or bl's 2+2 coils. im re-modleing my house right now so cash is kinda tight im looking at 2 pca 2000D's, 2 autotec 2000D's or 2 bxi 2006's what do you guys think i should get? or if anyone has a hook up that will work let me know.

I was just wondering if any one could help me out. I was thinking bout getting a Fi bl 12 for my Crewmax. Im going to rip off the back panel behind the back seat and make a sub box with an amp rack. The box it self is going to have 2 - 2.4 cubic foot of airspace and tuned roughly between 30- 33 Hzs. The amp i have right now is a Diamond d6 1000.1 which does 1000 rms at 1 ohm. So i was just wondering if anyone thinks that this would be good or not? And also if the sub would beat kickers subs? Cuz wea i live everyone likes kickers.

Hello, I am strongly considering getting some FI BLs. First, i have to say that i am very impressed with the videos I have seen of what these subs can do. I have not heard any in person, but i also hear the Sound quality is amazing. I have a good understanding of car audio and installs, im no expert. Here is some questions i have: looking at the FI BL 12" "Re: 0.75 Ohms/coil | 1.5 Ohms/coil" what is this? i thought the D1 and d2 options where ohms loads per voice coil? I have made one slight mistake on an ohm load and fried a very good sub, cause my calculations were less then 1/2ohm off. If i buy 2 FI BL 12"s can I safely run a D2 off a single channel amp? Run…

So what should I set my low pass at for my FI Q10 that I am getting ready to install? Its a D1, if that matters and the woofers I am running are 6.5" Rainbow Kicks.

First off, hello, been lurking for awhile finally decided to post. I need some help. I want to add some subwoofers to my car. I am going to start with 1 sub, would like a 15, but possibly a 12. I have searched high and low to find something I truly like. First problem is, I have only heard 13w7's in the same car I have. I don't want to drop that much per speaker and I don't want something everyone else has. I have been leaning towards the 15"BL. Amps, I have access to kenwood KAC-9103D for cheap, but no sure I want that either, because I think I would have to have 2 to push the BL. I seriously doubt they come close to the 1800 watts they claim. No one around her…

a couple videos i took of a guy with the screenname "headshok" from my forums. He lives in Singapore........he came all the way to Nor Cal to check out the Tahoe for himself. i gave him a ride in the Hoe and the Civic... Very friendly, funny guy....... The Tahoe demo The Civic demo my admin wasnt awake when i finished editing the vids so Youtube will have to do until i get it on my video page......no problem though these vids get the point across

I just got my BTL 18 today, it is now installed and even off that old opti 50c, it's louder than hell. It is louder than I thought it would be. The back wall of my cab below the window flexes 1/4 inch, and the slider window is going to break (possibly today). This is one outstanding product. Even if my window does break, I will be satisfied to the top. Thanks Scott and Shawn for assisting me and I definitely look forward to doing business again and promoting the product! Hey everyone, I am going to build a box for 2 Fi Q 10's and I would like to know your opinion on the best bex cubic feet and design wise, to get the absolute best SQ, and should I have it sealed or vented? If vented, how should it be tuned for the best SQ. I want these 10's to have a really, Tight, Bass sound.

I can't decide on what size driver to get. It will be going into a 2000 jeep grand cherokee. The dimensions of the cargo area are approx. 30" x 15" x 42" which is ~10.4 cubic feet, however i'd like to have some space left. I'm thinking about about powering the sub with either a kicker zx 1000 or kx 1200.1(open to other comparable amp suggestions). Any particular advantages to each driver? Would the 15 be louder? I know its all install dependent. I listen to rap/hip hop and classic rock mostly(more hip hop though). Not really going for an SQ system, just want the substage to be tight, responsive, and get loud when i want to? Any input is appreciated.
