Met up with Edgar today at the Gigante flea market, and I got a chance to make a vid with the new phone finally. It really doesn't do justice but it's better than the last video I had!

Newly converted to FIcarudio products by xconcepts from caraudio i am wondering what is the min power requirement for the SSD's i will be replacing a pair JL Audio 10w3v2's in a sealed enlosure of 0.625 which are both being powered by a JL Audio 500/1 , and being unfermiliar with the FIcarudio subs , i'm wondering will a pair of 10 "SSD's work properly being connected and boxed the same way ?? The Jl's were rated 300 W each , will the amp be sufficient for these two SSD's to perform properly ? i,m also thinking flat wind and copper , is it a good idea to add these two add ons with this amp and enclosure set up .? Will also be adding a pair of 10 " 2 ohm BL's each connecte…

Hey Im going to be purchasing 2 12s from the website sometime soon. Maybe 2 weeks or so. I havent decided on which ones to go with yet. I have a 03 ext cab silverado with 2 12s already in there. I know Im going to need something under 7" depth. What sub do you recommend? Also what are the differences in the SSD and the Q? ONE more question. I want to power them with RF amps how many watts should I throw to them? Im thinking 2 RF 600.1 or maybe 1 RF T15002.

I'm going to be putting 2 loaded Fi BL 18's in a wall in my focus zx4. I was just wondering what configuration you guys think might work best: 1. subs side by side with port(s) in the middle 2. subs side by side with port on drivers side 3. subs side by side and port(s) on top ...and no I dont have room to do one on top of the other, with port on the drivers side. I designed a box that is 10cuft@32hz its in a 2000 GMC Jimmy. Is that too much cuft?

The web site FiCarAudio does not list Le (or alternatively Ls and Lp), the inductance parameters. Anyone know the values for the Q15 and the Q18? TIA =>><<=robobob

Hey everyone i have a 15" bl loaded and am needing a new box. i recently got a 2006 Jeep grand cherokee 4.7l (new body style) and im looking to get a new box for it...my box is kinda banged up and a bit small since i had a honda accord...im not much of a carpenter and i was wondering if anyone had a good box for my Fi bl 15"?? around 3-4cu and tuned to 30-35Hz?? i am putting 1500w daily to the sub. or if anyone can build one for me!!! i have looked all over the internet and there either crap from bestbuy thats not up to par for the BL or not tuned right! so please email me!! shipped to 66209 Thanks!

I am having a problem fitting my 15" Q in my trunk, I have built a box and there is just no way to make it happen...is there any chance I can switch and get the 12" Q? I know its a lot to ask, but I have the 15" Q, its never been run, and I still have the packaging so I can ship it back to you. Let me know what you can do.

Well, I am making my own "Fi Car Audio" decals for my windows and I need a pretty big copy of the Fi logo. The decal is 6x4 inches. Scott can you give me a copy of a big sized one?

Ok guys, vehicle to be worked on is a 1996 full size conversion van. Huge vehicle. I'm trying to decide what woofers and how many I should run in this. Power will be along the lines of something like 4 IA 40.1s. I was thinking 6 BTL 18s. Thoughts, ideas, experience, lay it on me please.

I sent my FI BL12 fully loaded out to be reconed over a month and a half ago and it hasnt been sent back to me yet. Ive been in contact with FI and they said they thought it was shipped out already....Where is my subwoofer? So I am starting to plan out my first system and have done some research and found fi. Looks like really nice stuff. I am looking at putting a Q10 in my 95' s10 extended cab. Probably in a sealed box after reading other news about the q series. how big do you think this should be? I thinking about pairing it with a sundown amp but was wondering if there was anything comparable for a little less cash. Also, how much upgrading will i have to do to my electrical system? Big three is going to happen soon, but what about a yellow top battery or anything like that? Thanks a lot.

im gonna put a fully loaded dual 1 ohm fi btl in a 98' ford explorer and have an AQ 3500D powering it with a kinetik hc2400. the only thing im not sure on is a box for the BTL. i want the box to provide the most SPL. if anyone could help me it would be most appreciated.

What would be the best tuning for a 18" BL in a 5^ box? I want to still be able to hit the highs with authority but still pound on the lows

I could get a saz-2000d right now for my 18'' BTL fully loaded Should i take the 2k or wait maybe for a 3 or 3.5k one. Would there be a big difference? Thanks

Right now i have a 15" FI Q with BP and im trying to sell it. A guy came up that was interested and before i was asking more but i really need the money quick so i said $200 for sub or $299 for sub and box. I made the box so cheap because it was custom made for my car. Anyways, to get to the point he only has 170 now and so he was thinking of trading and he has some 12" audiobahns and i dont want that and then he has a jensen vm9312. Currently i have an Alpine 9886 so my question to you guys is should i trade and get the headunit or is my alpine better and i should just wait for cash? Thanks, Alex

I have a 91 S-10 Blazer 4dr... Right now I have a full JL Audio setup with a JL 300/4 powering my JL speakers and a JL 500/1 powering my 12W7 in a sealed box. Now I want to upgrade. I have a buddy with a single BL 12 which sounds good...but I think I want more than that. My problem is this, I want bass...lots of bass, like to the point that you turn on a bass track or a decent rap song and it's hard to breathe or swallow...lol...but I want it to sound decent (had a ground zero nuclear 15 once...bass was brutal but sounded like crap...) I know that you can't have SQ and SPL together... I want SQ, just SQ that moves you...lol. I listen to all types of music but mostly…

Heys guys im new to the forum and need some input. I'm ready to purchase a Fi sub and i really wanna try the BL 18". I currently have a Kicker ZX1000 rated at 1267 rms. I was thinking i would be underpowering the sub or maybe it'll sound good. You guys gotta any suggestions or opinions please reply. Oh and its goin in a caprice trunk if that matters. Thanks.
