What is the optimal box size (cubic feet) and port area (square inches) for a 12" BTL? Tuning to about 35 Hz.

are the Fi guys gonna come out with some spec sheets on some optimized boxes for the Fi line up of subs?? or have they not found that perfect box dimensions that gives the best performance out of each of the subs??

I want to buy a fi Q 12 from a friend and he claims it to be fully loaded(only without spider) Is there any way i can check if the sub actually have all that options. It's the new version of fi q.

Friend of mind is looking hard at ordering a single 12" Q (dual 2 ohm) and running them on Leviathan in a sealed enclosure. He wants to run channel 5 & 6 on the Zed at 2 ohm giving the Q 500watts. Should he order any of the options (apart from high qts) or will just a plain Fi Q be enough? He's running a set of MLK's up front in his 2007 Caddy CTS Suggestions? Thanks

My sub has shipped and I am posting this thread so those who are waiting can have something to gauge there remaining wait on.

I ordered my second pair of SP4 15s last friday and today the order status switch to "manual verification required". Im an electrician and work out on the road all week on the current job im on. Nearly impossible for me to get packages at my address, so i had them shipped to my girlfriends house. If someone from Fi wants to vall me, my cell phone # was included with the order. When i ordered my first pair of SP4s i tried to do the same thing and they were shipped to my address anyways. They almost ended up getting sent back. Life on the road...it sucks! So please get ahold of me Fi!

I ordered an SSD recone yesterday and there is no option for integrated leads on the site. I added in the special instructions that I want them. Can you please include integrated leads and charge me for them?

First time Fi buyer! Just finished building and installing my new box for my SSD. Everything is ready to go except..... no subwoofer. I was told by Nick within the past two weeks that it would ship around last friday. Status on the website has said "awaiting fulfillment" for the past 16 business days. Just really anxious to get this thing. Got my recone in today, and it was a dual 2, and needed a dual 1. The coils read 1.6, I've checked multiple times and confirmed with another dmm. Everything else in the package was correct as far as the basket and dust cap. I understand the mix up as I ordered a d2 originally online and contaced you about the change via email and this forum. Still waiting fulfillment for order placed on 2/12 I know it's tax season and all, just wondering if when they do get shipped am I going to get a tracking number so I can follow them and know when to expect them since I work all day and don't want them sitting in snow waiting to be snatched up. i ordered a btl about a month ago and its status has been awaiting fullfillment this whole thime. I have not got any emails or updates on my sub and in my account it says i have no completed orders with fi audio but the mony has been taken out of my bank account. has anyone had a problem simmilar to this? also i cannot get any return e mails or messages on my order. any help would be apreciated. thank you.

i ordered two fi btl n2 15's and i was meaning to order 18's..i ordered em sunday. any suggestions on getting this resolved?

Is there any other way to get a hold of Fi besides email? I ordered a BTL , and on my email receipt it said i ordered a dual 1-ohm, I needed a dual 2-ohm. I emailed them ( sales and orders) to let them know of the mistake but i haven't got a reply to let me know if it has been corrected or not.

I just ordered an BL 18 and chose the universal option and the extreme lead option. I sent an email the other day asking about these two options and never got a response. Then after reading alittle on here i saw that they dont answer none order emails. And after reading on here i found out what they are and would like to change my order. Do you all think this would be possible. I have emailed the company, and i did just order the sub. Just wanted to know if youall thought i would get a response from them before the sub was processed. thanks.

Was told on 11/28 order # I-17087/00 was scheduled to ship out 11/29. No replies to my emails asking for status updates. Please let me know whats going on....thats all Im asking for. ordered two fi btl 18 fully loaded on the 6th of febuary 2010 .... lead time then was at 3 to 10 days.... its now the 11th now lead time says all btls wont be shipped till march 2nd and the cooling option will be free... i have already paid and pay pal been accepted ..... wondering if my subs were in the first batch of shipping..... or the march 2nd batch.... i fully understand that you guys build subs upon reciving order so i know it takes time just wondering if i can expect mine this month or next month...tried emailing scott no replies maybe on here i can get some answers thanks

Ok So I ordered my SSD 3 weeks ago through Paypal with my credit card and my bank account was deducted the second I finished the transaction.... but, Paypal is still "carrying out the payment" How long does this usually take and if this is normal then Paypal is a pretty shitty company imo because there's really no reason it should take them that long to make this happen!! I mean damn, 3 weeks. Anyways sorry, Im not complaining to you guys. I know FI has nothing to do with this order as of yet. But I just wanted to know if this is a normal thing.
