Well yesterday I order me a new BTL 15 to try out and when I ordered and the payment cleared... I usualy recieve an email confirmation from Fi and an email from UPS regarding my order and assigning me a tracking number, but this time I didn't receive nothing. If Scott or Nick might know whats up please let me know. Thanks, Travis

I ordered two 12' Fi BL's a week ago and it said they were still processing it. They won't respond to my emails and they don't give a phone number to contact them with. This cost me a lot of money.. when can I expect to see a tracking order? Or a full refund if I don't get my subwoofers.

Well today I decided to finally pull the trigger on a 15" bl. Lately Ive hear that the SQ on this woofer has been better then people expected while still wangin I built a box last weekend and its been sitting in my car, and I just couldnt stand the though of an empty subwoofer box just sitting there. Hey everyone. i am new to the forum and just wanted to say hi to you all. I just ordered my first Q sub-woofer ever and I hope it is as good as people say. However, I went through the Paypal order process and have emailed Scott, but I did not get a reply back. Has anybody heard from him lately, I hope I just didn't throw 270 bucks into no mans land. Additionally, I am still up in the air on my set up. Should I utilize a single Q12 in a ported box or dual D12's in a sealed box. I plan on running a NINe.1 amp on both setups. Additionally, I am finding it very difficult to find ported sub woofer enclosure for the required specs of the D12, any help in this matter woul…

Hey Fi Audio, I ordered the wrong subs. I wanted the SSD 12'' instead of the IB3 12'' can you guys please switch my order and let me know how to pay for it. Or just use the money i already paid and switch the subs and not worry about the 20$ i owe you . Alright just let me know what i need to do to switch out the orders. I really want the SSDs

So I ordered a Dual 1 ohm Fi SSD on July 10th, but I actually need a Dual 2 ohm - Is it possible to change the order at this late date? Is there anything I can do? Really wish Fi had a phone number so I could contact them immediately! Feels like I just threw $300 down the drain, I can't believe it! Please help!

my brother just placed an order for a 15" Q with dual 1 ohm coils with out telling me. and he doesent know much about car audio. hes running a soundstream 1500D, do yall think the sub and amp will be alright running at .5ohm? or should i try and change the order to a dual 2 ohm coil?

Hey guys I have a couple of questions on the 12 Q's :] And this would be my first set up.(I'm a noob) Are this good SQ speakers with good bump to them? What Sundown amp would be good for this? Or if possible what other amps would be good? I was lookin at the Mmats amps.(I heard there really good) Also would the speakers sound diferent if I order them with BP power? I would be getting both for 518 without BP power wich is a really nice price. Also my box would not be that big for this speakers since I have a toyota celica st but I have a friend in florida that makes custom boxes and he told me that if the enclosure is made good like dimensions, tunning etc it will sound go…

I was wondering, I'm from Kuwait and i like to order a Fi BTL 15" subwoofer from their site.. How's my ordering system should be if they are asking for the state? I have a friend here working in an US army base he can provide me his address there so that i can order to the website.. the problem is the state what should i put there in the field?

Ok on the box my subs shipped in there is a sticker with helpful hints. One of them talks about setting my amp with an oscilloscope to match my headunit voltage, and to set my gain. where can I find an oscilloscope and how do i do it. lol

Many people have been raising the question and not believing that we make our shirts and stickers in house...so here is some pics of our screen/print shop 4 screen station that I'm making some new screens and stuff for right now for new shirt designs... Two single screen stations that we use for the back and front logo's on some shirts/hoodies Other single screen station.. All of our vinyl racks that logos are cut out of! My dad used to be really big into car audio and dbdrag's and stuff back in the day I'm talking about back in the early 90's when cerwin vega and JL was top of the line.and he is going to be helping me with my install. I was telling him about my 15" SSD and running it at around 1000 watts @1ohm. He said running your amp at a 1ohm load is bad for the amp because he said it will overheat allot quicker. He also said I will be going through amps like tissues if I run them @1ohm As long as I have my gains set right and I don't clip my amp won't overheat and crap out will it?

does anyone know how stable a diamond audio d3 800.1 is at 1 ohm? running a fi q 12" with dual 2 ohm and bp?

I have the quantum view tracking number, received on the 24th, according to ups would have been delivered on the 28th. it's now the 30th and it hasn't been sent out yet. can someone possibly check it out and see where my package is. Thanks to Scott for building this for me. I was thinking about selling it to help pay for the ssx to get up and running, but after seeing it i really want to keep it lol. i migt just wait until this winter to get the ssx running.
