Just got an email from Fi saying they lost all their emails in the past 2 weeks. I hope this isn't bad news for anyone who was trying to come in contact with them. This is the email they sent me: To all: We are so sorry but we have had our email system go down. It seems that for the past two weeks we have had an ever increasing dropping of emails culminating in our inbox catastrophically going down as of last night. I must say Nick is the man. I contacted him with a few questions about my order December 12th and not only did he adjust the order my 3 SP4 15's arrived 14 days(not working days) but 14 days later. That's only 7 working days because I am sure they took Christmas off. That's fast customer service and the reason why I stick with this company. Just wanted to thank Nick again. This will be my first time running 15's.

Which RE Audio Sub does the Fi Q 15 with BP Power resemble or is most similar to?

Hey I am going to be getting 4 of the Fi Qs ( come summer ) and I was looking at getting 2 Soundstream 3500ds to power the 4 18s. What would be the best ohms setup to get on the Qs?

i purchased an SSD15 for my niece's car back in October i believe. built a nice ported enclosure around 3.5 cu/ft. i also installed a Kolossus Fleks 0 Gauge amp kit to an ASA800.2 powerbass amp. power at the amp was at 13.6 to 13.8 at full tilt. i also set the gain with a volt meter and tinkered with it by ear. i am no expert by any means, but i did a lot of reading on the subject of install to avoid any kind of clipping. anyways, i told her not to mess with the setting on the head unit. well, played around with her system several months later to find all the settings were jacked up, loud button on, bass boosted in the eq. changed anything back to where i had the…

I have a ported box now but i thought for fun i would change the port length to get me a tuning of 28hz. Becuse of the lower tuning will that do anything to the efficenty of the design? Would be audibly different while playing? I thought it would drop lower when i put it in from the begining. thanks

18" SP4 mounting depth- 11.75" What is the diameter of the motor with rubber boot? What is the height of the motor from the bottom to the top where the basket attaches? What is the height from the floor to when you reach the bottom of the push terminals? How long are the push terminals? And finally- what is the height from the back of the mounting ring to the top of the motor? I need these measurements so i can begin drawing out the next massive build to fit properly.

well i got my btl and i ordered P Chamfer option with it......is p chamfer the hole in the middle of the mag? if it is i didnt get it and will it make that big of difference??????

this is for scott or any of the fi reps... heres what im wanting to do- im working on a show car, and im wanting to powdercoat my subs to match certian parts on the vehicle (baskets to match the exterior color, and top/bottom plate of the motor to match certian trim in the interior) after i order and pay would it be possible to send me those parts so i can get them powdercoated, then send them back for assembly? thanks! Newly converted to FIcarudio products by xconcepts from caraudio i am wondering what is the min power requirement for the SSD's i will be replacing a pair JL Audio 10w3v2's in a sealed enlosure of 0.625 which are both being powered by a JL Audio 500/1 , and being unfermiliar with the FIcarudio subs , i'm wondering will a pair of 10 "SSD's work properly being connected and boxed the same way ?? The Jl's were rated 300 W each , will the amp be sufficient for these two SSD's to perform properly ? i,m also thinking flat wind and copper , is it a good idea to add these two add ons with this amp and enclosure set up .? Will also be adding a pair of 10 " 2 ohm BL's each connecte…

I'm getting a 12" Fi BTL fully loaded dual 1 and I'm trying to find out if how i've wired my Q and BL in the past is right or not. I have a Clarion DPX11551 that's doing 1600 rms @ 2ohms. Before I wired the sub with the positive from the amp to one coil and then the negative from the amp to the other coil and then the negative from the other coil to the postive on the other coil. Is that how it should be wired to get a 2 ohm load? And is it possible to get a 1ohm load from a dual 1 sub?

Ive heard how dominant the fi subwoofers are so i was curious do they plan on making any type of door speakers/tweeters and other sound equipment or are they just going to offer subwoofers
