I just wanted to find out if you guys could do a recone for the old Shocker sig 18". I believe they were 3" coils. I have one laying around as a door stop and figured I would see. Thanks for any help.

Do you guys offer recones of any older Destijl subs? This one in particular is a Blueprint 1001. It doesn't have to be exact but I would like it back in working condition.

I noticed alot of people are having FI recone their other brand name subs, I am wondering if this could be done to one of mine I have sitting around. I have a Soundstream T2 Tarantula 10" DVC 1 ohm 900 watts rms. It does have 3" coils, can FI recone this? If so, how would this change the sub from its original configuration, or how would it change the T/S specs of the sub if at all? I have a 10" BL right now, with only the daily and universal options, could FI recone the T2 so it could run with the BL in the same enclosure? Hey sup fi, i just grabbed a re xxx 04/05 model and it was recently reconed i was trying to find out the specs/what was put in it since i am interested in getting another one reconed. Apparently it has integrated leads,stiffer spider, fullsized dustcap, and an original xxx vc. I was trying to figure out if that is just the standard recone with the leads option and spider option or if i need to ask for something imparticular. The guy who i got it from said it was done by scott at fi and he should remember him by name since he went to fi and dealt with scott while there i was hopin he was right but either way the guys name was treston rego

I got 2 15" Fi Bl's with P chamfer, cooling, flatwind coil. I wanna recone them to 18"s. What would be the price for 2 18" recones with P chamfer, cooling, flatwind coil and 2 18" baskets and whatever else would be needed

i blew a voice coil in my 15" btl, how much are recones and is reconing it difficult?

Im looking to upgrade to 18's by the end of summer, and was wondering if you guys could recone my RE HC 12's into 18's. Right now they are being powered by a Ampman Revo 1500.1(which Im sure you are all familiar with) @ 2ohms cause I let the magic smoke out of the other 1500.1(I had two). Anyways if I got them reconed by you would they be ok getting 1500w+ each? Also could you reccomend a reputable shop that would fix my other Revo 1500.1? I havent found anyone local(Jersey) that I would trust to fix it. Sorry for the long rambling questions

I emailed scott and he got back with me on a price, and emailed him back but haven't got a reply. just wondering if i should write anything on the package as to why i'm sending them to him? and just wondering what the lead time would be from the time FI gets it till the time i receive them back?? I sent my subs out to get reconed by Fi. I bought the 2 reconing kits and what not but my question is do i have to pay for the sub to get returned to me or did they add that into the price. I did select the option to send my sub in.

After applying ca glue and forming to basket, how long do you let it sit? How many clamps do you use to get best results? Any other procedures that you've used that yield really good results?

I would like to get this sub reconed to 10" for SPL only. It is rated at 600 watts rms but I have burped it at over 5k no issues. Dual 2 woofer. What kinda options do I have as far as recone goes? Got some pics here:

well starting to think of a set up for next year going to maybe wall off the bug. Not sure if I want to go with 2 BTL18 with 2500RMS each or 2 15BTL on the same power. I compete in street beat and with 1 btl18 I do 145 but want a little more. With the 2 15's I would stay in the same class and should be louder box would end up at around 12-16cf before displacements. so from the experts here which would seem better I am leaning to the 15's. Is it possiable to recone a 18 to a 15 if I go to the 15's this would be nice.

I'm wondering how long does it take to get a refund for an order. I want the driver but I can't wait any longer for it. As I have out of town business to attend to. So how long. Has any one ever had to wait to get a refund from FI before? So far that is the only part of my build missing and I already missed a local show because my driver is late. Can someone shine some like here. Thanks
