I got 2 15" Fi Bl's with P chamfer, cooling, flatwind coil. I wanna recone them to 18"s. What would be the price for 2 18" recones with P chamfer, cooling, flatwind coil and 2 18" baskets and whatever else would be needed

I have an Elemental Designs motor, I was told there is a recone that fits perfect for this motor.. I need a basket + a recone.. I'm just trying to get quoted as of right now, I AM going to buy it though.. Model number of THE motor: 12K44, May 2003. Ok so im getting one 15 BL with a sundown saz-1500 should i get dual1 or 2 i want to run the amp at 1 ohms

what should i do. i dont think i picked the right options, i think i picked extreme lead and after reading on here i doubt i need it...is there any way to change my order. it was ordered on the 8th and its the 12th now

Two (2) Questions: 1) Is the Fi websie the only place you can buy Fi Subs? 2) If am supplying 2000 watts (Hifonics BXi2008D) to (2) 15 SSD, would it be better to inculde the flatwind or the copper coil feather on these subs? Thanks

My amp has a signal voltage adjustment range of 150mV - 5V (RCA Input). And my question is do I set the sub. output level from the MX-3 Bass controller to 5V? If it helps I have a RF T2500-1bd amp. Thanks for any response.

hi all. i will be buying some ssd's with copper coils as soon as my tax money hits my bank in a few days. i just want to know if this is a good time to order cause ive been reading that the guys are swamped. if i order just the regular woofer does that shave any off the build time? i live in NC so i figure with build time and ground shipping it should be about two-three weeks. is this a fair guess? just curious, wanna know about how long ill be waiting after dropping almost four hundred bones ya know? i hope this is in the right section, and someone can ease the anxiety as ive never ordered anything of this amount off the net before. thanks for anybody's help in advance.

What would be the best amps for 4 BTL 15"s

Shawn is selling three 12" X's first and foremost Scott....DO you have the parts to build me a fourth one in a Dual 4ohm config? I know at one point you said the parts were going to be rolled into AA and if I cant get a fourth then my plans will change. If by chance you have a fourth how much space do these subs require ported? how small of a box I could get away with? I also am willing to use aero ports if that will cut down on size any. Will I see better bass race results with four 12" X's as opposed to two 12" SSD's running off the same 1500 watt amp? Amp will be determined once I choose the subs but I am looking at the Kicker ZX series. I was going to go with the Q's …

Hey all im new here and have been eyeballing a fi btl 12 for a while now and would like to get yalls opinion on what all options to go with, my scenario will be just for listening to, no competitions just a daily sub, any opinions or comments would be great, and what about amps? i am currently running a 12 l7 in a 2.0 cubic ft ported box at 32 htz with a power accoustik amp have had this set up for bout 2 years and no problem, but i have heard people put down there amps alot....opinions or comments? I've sent my sub in to get reconed over a month ago and on n the 2nd of this month I sent an email wondering the status on my sub and when it should be shipping. All I'm wanting is an update or status of my sub because I have not gotten any response since the 2nd and I have sent 2 more emails since then and still no reply. I've been waiting for almost TWO weeks to see the BTL Recones back up on the site. What is going on here?? I have several competitions that is just going to go past me and nothing is happening with the BTL service. I mean I really like the subs but the service for BTL that i've been receiving is very horrible. Im on the verge on switching over to RE and purchase the XXX's. Can someone please give me a answer on these Recones for the BTL's??

I Have a fully loaded BTL 15" Running on an SAZ-3000D my question is will getting another one make that much more of a difference? since they will both be running off the same amp. Eventually i plan on getting another SAZ-3000D when money will allow but since i only have 1 3000D will sending 1200-1500 watts to each be louder than if i sent 2500-3000 watts to 1 ?

Just wondering what I would get if I order the xxx recone kit? I was planning on getting a basket as well. Does it come with the gasket, terminals, screws, etc? Just want to know what I need besides glue.

Well im getting the 2ohm Fi 18 BL and i found an amp that has 2ohm 1000wattrms with 2000W MAX,,,,,,other amps with a max of 1000W have a 2ohm 500w RMS,,,,,,,what do i need for my subwoofer 1000W RMS i guess??? Can someone tell me whats the difference betwee 4ohm,2 ohm,and 1 ohm,and what do they do???

I am curious what some of you are getting in a sealed setup with you Q's...my wife is kinda wanting a fairly loud setup (loud in the sense of volume, not db output)...I guess the term would be considered LSQ. Well, she wants to know what kind of numbers your subs are putting up in a sealed setup. Thank You

I wasn't quite sure where to post this so I will just do it here. I have been working on a huge research paper for school regarding some topics in math. I am sure some of you remember me asking questions earlier. At first I was going to leave everything silent, but have decided against that just in case several professors wonder what sub I used. So, would it be okay if I printed your companies name and the findings in my paper. All the paper covers is designing ported enclosures, how to design them, the math involved, etc. It goes into no detail at all about the actual build of your sub or any other technical issues. Well, around december i received my 12" Fi Q from my uncle who knew me too well i guess. It was given as a gift. So im going to break down this topic into the reveiw first, then into my ?'s Packaging, First Impressions: Upon opening the box, the sub was wrapped well and contained in a nice packaged box. only one of the blue things were somewhat worn, so it was slopped down a little, but as i said it was a gift, and probably not handled the best. But still was in perfect shape When i opened the sub up to take it out and expect at the house, the first thing i noticed was how nice the magnet frame was painted. No scuffs.
