Scott, Can you please check your mail client for the subject containing order ID "I-10840/00"? Sorry I'm just not sure how else to get in contact with you, and I know you're swamped catching up.. It's in regards to shipment of my order. It's important due to reasons in my e-mail that I receive it Friday or earlier. Normally I wouldn't be so anal about it, but was told 2-3 day build time, as well as an e-mail from you last week telling me that it would be shipped Thursday or at the latest, Friday. We're now nearing the end of the 6th business day for build time, but I'm willing to do what it takes to get it here on time, like splitting expedited shipping with you. Would re…

Ok.. ive seen this in these forums before.. just never fully understood. can one of you pro's explain to me the method used to securely and safely mount these beast's into their box? Maybe even a direct link to a picture of what i need. I also want something that will take a thief along time to unscrew if the little bastards go for my system. Just go ahead and ignore this thread once we get a good answer posted, let it fall to the bottom,. Appreciate your help.

so i am trying to figure out which sub to order, i have read multiple posts about this and in the end the person purchases a sub but with no reasoning on there conclusion. so here is what i have to work with. i do alot of offroading so cargo space must be maintained this is why i have chosen the box below. the box is made for a single 10" with .75cuft. i have been wanting a Fi woofer for sometime now. so like the other posts which one and why? pros and cons. both the Q and SSD are rated for sealed enclosures. i would like to run the 10" Q. i would probably run the sundown SAZ-1000D. here is a few pics of the box.

Anybody have any sealed number for a Q? Preferably a 15. FI's site says that the Q is made for good SQ and output in a sealed box; but everyone I see puts it in a ported box and gives numbers that way. Even The Great 12" Challenge by on ROE only tested the Q in a ported box. I don't get it. -C

There are a couple of sealed videos of the Qs on youtube but I'm looking for more if possible. I particularly want to hear what 2 12s sound like sealed. Thanks a lot if anyone can help

Honestly in your experiences does the FI Q work/sound better in a sealed or vented enclosure? and does this seem to change with size? (ex. a 10in Q sounds better vented while a 12in. Q sounds better in a sealed box) Just wandering what everyone's opinion is

hey guys, hope you all had a good weekend ! right now my BL is facing the rear and box is only out of .5 mdf because its all i had at the moment, but now im planing on puttin another layer on the sides, front and and top. Will that help with deepness and loudness? I know it stops the box from flexing a bit but dont know what that does for sound. as for the box facing rear, im planing on turning it around and hopefully sealing it off by putting two cut outs on the sides (one on each) going straight across. To fill in the gaps, is gorilla tape good ?

Hey im selling my 15 Fi Q with BP Power in a 4 cubic ft. box and (4) 3" aero ports wrapped in ultra suede and tuned to 32hz. I wasn't selling on here unless someone desperately wants it but i was asking how much do you think i should ask for? I've had the stuff since march and never abused. The sub cost me like 350-360 i think and i have no idea what the box was though. i think it was like 300 or 350. thats where i got ripped. i told one of my friends 499 for both but for other people im thinking about raising it some? or is that a god price? i need some advice ASAP because im trying to selling this immediately so that i can take part in the Free Enclosure deal from Quent…

And still haven't received it back. I have e-mailed several times over the past few months and not gotten any response. it was a 15" Kicker L7..I contacted Fi and they said they could take try and take care of it. Well they took care of it, but said they had a problem finding an old style dust cap for it. I understood it may not be the exact same before I sent it off. Well I just want an update on the sub and what not. my e-mail is [email protected] I sent it to Vegas if that helps any.

I paid for my RE XXX to be reconed and then the 47 dollar return shipping fee for the XXX, and my UPS tracking number says it will get to your place tommorow. But I was emailed a UPS shipping notification from you guys yesterday saying you shipped me something. I am assuming you shipped me the recone kit accidentally. I emailed you guys a copy of this email with my full name as well. Please let me know what is going on, thanks!

I was hoping to get this resolved in a different manner. I sent my FI Q 12 in for repair at the beginning of June. Mr Shawn said he would fix it because it was under warranty. I emailed him in the beginning, and he said they were going to ship it back soon. Then I started getting no email responses. Long story short, it has been 5 months since I sent it in. This is a bit ridiculous. I paid good money for a good product. I JUST WANT MY PROPERTY BACK.

I have an Alpine deck and it has a subwoofer level feature. It goes from 0 to 15. My question is this the same thing as bass boost? I dont want to create more distortion for the sub then I need to. I have the bass boost all the way down on my amp. Im a noob so any positive feed back will be appreciated. Oh by the way I just got my 12" SSD with BP power and HQTS in a sealed 1.1 cu ft box. Running JBL BP 600.1 at 1 ohm. Hope to get anoher amp in the future, but first I'll need a better alternator. THX
