Simple question: Did the first generation Fi speakers (specifically the Q model) have sewn in leads?

i got a re mt motor that has a shifted top plate. can i send it to you guys to align it, and on top of that, have you guys recone it back to specs? i already got a 12 spoke basket and ill be willing to send that in for minor but minor cleaning. thanks

I was about to pull the trigger on a Q. Got to the check out page and it says shipping is $53 dollars? Seems a little steep to me. I've got stuff overnight shipping cheaper then that! Is this the normal shipping charges?

hey guys i know this is going to sound dumb, but i have received my tracking number a while ago and it has not changed from "billing information recieved". i have read the post about orders and what not and have even emailed sales and the other one but no answer i was wondering if anyone could tell me what to do ? thnks for all the help

So I sent an email to the sales team weeks ago and haven't had a reply and sent one to nicks personal email is there any other way to contact these people im ready to buy and need to know how much money to allocate to paypal and give my address. There is a problem with my Q 12, and I need to send it back to Fi to work on it. I got an email from Nick that says: "The only thing I can think that may have happened is the coating that is on the top side of the cone body has delaminated. One out of every 1500 cones or so will run into this issue. Print this email off, place it in the box and send it in to us. When we get it back in I'll check it out or another tech will check it out and see what's going on." So do I not need a return authorization number? I just send the box with the email in it and that's it? Also, does it matter how I ship it? Is USPS fine?

This might've been answered before, as most new topics in the forum usually have been, but I thought Fi didn't use to charge for shipping subs? Wasn't it included in the price of the sub before??

Hey guys, was just wondering how i am supposed to order a driver into Canada, when you try to check out and order one, the only country that the bar allows for a shipping address is the United States. Should i just email shawn my order? Any help would be appreciated, Thanks J

is there a way i can request a different shipping company.. I would prefer not to get UPS to. I have had problems with them in the past and am not impressed it will be a 15" BL going to Canada. Please let me know.. if its UPS i might not be able to buy this product

I ordered my BTL 15 thursday the 19th. It is now the 31st. i got the email from UPS about them having my shipping label but its still not sent out. I know im kinda jumping the gun but im anxious and just wondering if there is any delays on these woofers as of now or when i can be expecting it to be sent out. Thanks a lot.

Im trying to buy 2 bl fully loaded or 2 Q 15s but on the check out menu there is no option for Alaska. i am aware that the shipping isn't free but is there any way to get them sent up here. by the way my area code is 99507

Hi everyone, Im from Australia and i really want to order 2 BTL 18's, but i dont know if FI can ship to other countries. I tried emailing them but they havent replied, cos they're too busy or something, but does anyone know if they do ship to other countries?
