what is the RMS on a 18" BL with these options: Dual 2 ohms, Cooling and flatwind???

im new too buying fi subs and i have my 2 full loaded bl 12's. i have the cooling, and flatwind options. what amp and how much power should i run to them total? they'll be in 4 cuf box and tuned to 32 hz power is not a porblem ill buy batteries and alternators i need

I'm eye'n just one Fi Q12 in a sealed box w/ ppi d2000/1 on top of a 5 farad cap. Back seats are 60/40 split, so I'm taking out the smaller seat and mounting everything there. Vehicle is a quad cab 2003 Dakota. I had a system in a trunk before but not something like this. I know it's going to be louder because of the whole cab thing, but what am I really getting into here? Am I going to be disappointed only pushing 1175 watts to a single sub? Can this sub handle a bigger amp, and if so, how much bigger? will a sundown 3000d amp be to much for 2 bl at 1 ohm. or is the set up okay.it's 3000 @ 1 ohm. and there is an alphasonik amp at 2000 watts @ 2 ohms do you think thats a good combo for 2 ssd subs. i dont know what to get. i know the first combo will set me back like about 400 dollars not including battery and alternator.

What exactly comes with the sub when you order it? I ordered a 15" SSD and i really wanted FI stickers so I was wondering if they came with the box and sub? I really want some somewhat small FI stickers like 2 of them...does anybody know where I can get them or does anybody here make them and sell them? let me know.

Im looking at which one to get my box is 6.3 cubic feet ported at 27 hz, according to recommendations the btl is the only choice but i only have a weak 1500 watts RMS at 2 ohms and don't want to get 4 batteries and 3 alternators I don't really care about sound quality as long as it sounds better than my kicker cvx 12's i got right now and I want it to hit all the notes right now it only hits low notes and pretty much doesnt even play high bass that you hear in most songs

So now am hearing the ssd w/ flatwind coil is similar to the re audio sx, but i thought the Q was similar? Which is true? And which sub has the better bottom end sound Q or SX?

Alright so im thinking about getting a 10" Fi Audio Q... First, should i get the BP Power? Second, i was thinking about running the Memphis M1.1100 amp or the Alpine V Power 1000 amp or the kenwood excelon 2400w amp... What are your thoughts? If you know of a better cheaper amp ill listen to any opionions

What do you guys think of this setup Bl 15 with an audio que 1200 amp. I know the sub will bump but what about the amp is it decent. It puts out 1200rms at 1ohm. I just bought the sub pretty much bare bones.

Ok, so I have a Rockford Fosgate T1 15" hooked up to 550 watts of alpine power. I was wondering how a Fi bl 15" would compare? Any thoughts? I would obviously get a new amp for the Fi.

Alright so im deciding between 1 10" Ported BL with cooling and flatwind coil, 1 10" Sealed or ported Q with BP power, or 1 12" Sealed or ported SSD with BP power and either flatwind or copper coil... i will be running a Audioque 1200D amp... what should i go with? and sorry these are my only options due to mounting depth under my ford f150 back seats

The general consensus I get from everyone is (aside from enclosures being a variable) that the Q's are low end monsters and the Bl's hard hitters. Just wondering how well do the Bl's play the low notes ?

Hi. I talked to you a few weeks ago about a BTL of mine that had a crack on the magnet the entire way around. You said that if I sent it in, it would be replaced with a new BTL. I am set on buying the bl 15 and my amp is a profile ap2000 but it is only 960 rms so would the bl still bump really hard and not distort? i don't think I'm gonna get any of the options because that would just add to the sub's rms which i don't need

I have a 2000 cavalier coupe. Im looking to get a Fi BL 15 or something similar. I mostly listen to rap/hiphop and want really low bass that will shake the whole car. I would like to stay within 1600 rms and hook it up 1 ohm to a HIFONICS BXI1608D. I dont know if i would be able to fit the enclosure in the car either as it would be rather large. As for the system go's im getting all new everything speakers are going to be rockford components headunit would be the Alpine touch monitor 1 din. Any opinions on what i should get for a subwoofer? I dont have the amp yet so that could be changed also. Thanks

I am going to be ordering a 12'' Fi Q and i was wondering if i should get the bp power option or not. I have a hifonics bxi1208 and i am going to be wiring the sub to 1 ohm. I know this amp is overrated and all but i just was wondering if the option is necessary.

I see a lot of people recommend the BL subs for rap music over the Q subs. I listen to rap music mostly. What I'm looking for in a sub is that will give me strong accurate bass notes. I want something that will bang, but I'm looking for more SQ over SPL. I'm looking for something that will give me great low and high bass notes well. Based off of what I'm looking for in a sub should I be going with a BL or Q. I'm also not sure if I should go with one 12 or 15. I'm going to power the sub with a Zapco REF1100.1

I was looking at getting 2 15"s for this summer and I'm not sure what would be the best bet. I'm looking for the loudest I can get with the best sound. The three I have in mind are the Fi BTL15's the Fi Q15's or the MTX9515's I've heard the MTX's and they are great, but I have never heard anything from Fi before.. The MTX is dual 4 ohm and Costs like 439.99. Any advice would be great, thanks.

this is my first time messing with car audio so im kinda of a noob but i know some what about it... i have an fi btl 15 and i noticed it has 2 ports where you can connect the speaker wire to, do i use both to power the sub or just one. also do i use regular speaker wire (( i actualy have some rockford fosgate speaker wire))to power the sub or some other kind of wire?

Alright so im looking at getting a 12" BL but what features should i get with it? I like the cooling option but should i get the flatwind coil? I listen to country and rap/hip hop. I want some SQ but i also want some people to hear me bumping from down the street. The amp i think i will run with it will be the audioque 1200D which is RMS at 1200 watts but ive heard it is very underrated and should put out around 1400 watts. Will this be enough with the BL with the cooling or should i get the flatwind too?

I'm looking for some loud bass (not competition winning, but I do like it loud) but I also want tight, accurate, good sounding bass. I'm looking at the Q series and I'm wondering what you think of the choice. Would a 15" speaker be overkill? Also the recommendation is 2-2.6cuft, as long as it's within those measurements, will it make a difference if it's 2cuft, 2.3cuft or 2.6? Would 2.6 be loudest? Also, I'm thinking of make a fiberglass enclosure and having the sub face inside the enclosure. thanks also another quick little thing, around how much do these subs weigh?
