first off, thx to all who helped me. i believe ive reached a decision..for now. i have a 02 ram single cab and dont wanna sacrifice sq. therefore, i will remove my center seat in order to create more clearance and air flow to acommodate a Crystal CMPx2 12. my front stage will consist of Pioneer Premier TS-C720PRS comps powered by a Zed Audio Gladius Burr Brown amp. Questions: 1)does ne1 think that a 12 is too much for my application? cause my friend insists it is and 2 8's r best for sq but i dunno bout that. 2)has ne1 used ne of these products? 3)What do ya think of this combo? thx in advance

ok I have finally decided what my substage will consist of and I am looking for suggestions on if it is good or not, the setup will consist of 2 10" or 12" Diamond D6 dual 4 subs and a sundown sae1000 amp, each D6 will be seein about 500rms each, tell me what you think

On the site I see it says 900 watts but have heard some put 1500 on it and the subs are fine someone clear something up for me..

I am trying to stray my stepfather from going mainstream again and he wants a pair of kicker cvr's which I hear are good subs. But I see that the Maw's are cheaper and heard they sound better any way he is looking to through them in a sealed box as all he really likes is nice rear fill something to give him that nice kick drum in the rear as he listens to a lot of go-go music. What would you pay for a pair of used but not abused 12" L7s? Im trying to sell my L7s but dont know what to put as the price. BOth are pretty much mint but 1 has a small scuff on the surround.

what is the differance in a Double Stack or Tripple Stack sub ??? how does it affect the preformalce ?

I have received samples in the past and personally feel they are over the edge. Heck, 18" units are too big for many. What's your take on something like this? Best, Mark

What was the suggested volume for the Claw Mag in a sealed box. I think it was 0.5 - 1.5, what do you guys suggest? Also what is the mounting depth for the claw mag? Thanks!

Anyways, on to the question: I currently run a DD 9515 on an American Bass 3000 watt amp. I'm thinking of switching to a more SQ based system (the DD sounds great but they are not the best at hitting the lows below 40 hz or so). So, I'm looking into maybe 2 Fi Q 15"s, but I want the new system to at least be as loud as my DD while gaining a little in the SQ department. my friend was lookin to get some subs in his stang. his cousin suggested DD's and he found some 1510s for 140 a piece. he wants a good sounding sub and still be able to break 140. ive never personally delt with DD and was looking for some opinions on how these sound and how loud they get. thanks

I was wondering if I can send my Adire Brahma MkIII to be fixed other than Adire themselves. I got it a while back from Low-Hz, and it got shipped blown (once I opened the smashed shipping box, I pushed in the cone and it was stiff and made scratching noises) I ended up with a Mag D2, but I still have the Brahma and I want it fixed. I am getting ready to build a box for my MAW15 and I have no idea where to go with a design. The space I have to work with is 48"w x 21" h x 20" d. I'm removing my back seat and building a sort of half wall for it (all below window line). Can anyone help me?

As the topic says iv decided to build a ported box for my mag 15". The output on the sealed just was lacking / geting traped in the trunk. Iv seen people useing 3.5 tuned to 27 4 tuned to 34 etc and loving it. What exactly is the advantages to straying from the recomend build? And wwhat size would you recomend? If size is not an issue.

Well i got my MJ-18 4ohm last week or so and i had the day off today so i made a box for it, 26 in. wide, 23in. high, 18in. deep, box volume 4.52 (ft3), tuned to 25 hz, 3?4 M.D.F. and no stuffing. Well, when i used an amp that i had pushing a C.V. 15in., just a plain 300 watt 4ohm plate amp and it did dent sound good at all, put the amp back to the 15 and it sounded great. Hooked up the 18 to a amp in my truck and still sounded like crap. What to do What to do? I put a few pics up in the subs area.
