Hello Everyone I have a 2.2 cu ft sealed enclosure (after displacement) and I was wondering if the new Mag would sound good in it. I have a PRSX720 amp that gives out 800 watts RMS @ 4 ohms thanks

This is the Omega, the most excessive 6.5" midbass/wideband driver we could manage for the target price for now. I stress this is an exceptional driver even for dedicated midrange use and not just a brute of a midbass driver! It does very nicely down to 70hz IB in car and 45hz in a ported floor standing speaker at home. It could also be used effectively as a wideband driver with a supertweeter. It comes in 2, 4, and 8 ohm versions. The 8 ohm version has an aluminum phase plug. hey im looking for some 6.5" components and i cant decide...ive been talking with some other guys from another forum, and he told me not to really spend a ton on components becuase i will be wasting money becuase i really wont be able to tell a difference for what i want them for. im not going for an A+ sq system...when i get my subs im getting 2 15" RE MT's with an orion 2500d on each...i just want loud bass. so basically i want 2 sets of 6.5" components that'll just keep up with that much bass...i dont want the bass to like drown out the mids and highs. the guy ive been talking to has like a wall of 4 15" mtx 9500s and he has like 4 sets of audiobahn components glassed …

Has anyone had experience with these? I have read that the scs line is the ones to get if any but was wondering what people have to say about the components in general. Will be most likely looking at the 5.25" comp set possibly a 6.5" set.

Hi, people! I've been sending some e-mails to SI lately, but have been getting zero response because I get a delivery failure notification. If somebody can tell me how to reach these guys, I'd be very thankful. The subject is getting a SI Magnum D2 15" sent to me in Norway, and possibly getting myself a dealer status if it's possible. Well, this is my first post here, and I didn't see anything on audioque over here, so I figured I'd share my experience. I just got my LW8 last week, and built the box DJ recommended for me, albeit a little lower tuning than recomended. First impressions running off 350ish wats from the bazooka amp is impressive. This little 8 (weighs about 15lbs) can really move some air. And it sounds good too, I was surprised but this sub is fast but low and not too punchy. Even with just one (i've got another on the way) it shakes everything in my car and everyone thinks i've got a 12" sub back there. So Jake and I rigged my sis's ~1.4 ft^3 enclosure and Hifonics Z600 amp up in my car with the BM 12" in it tonight. The amp was something totally different, the sub was positioned different, the box was different, etc - so NOTHING was the same as what I'm used to. That, and my Eclipse's voltage output shocked the piss out of her Z600 - I had to turn the gain down ALL THE WAY and then turn the output down on my HU also. Haha. If i have 2 pairs of passive x overs, tweeters and woofers running off of two amps, would going active running 4 woofers and 4 tweeters and the same two amps be as loud?? Cus the way im seeing this active thing working is that when its playing music one amp is always off since its switching high to mid

i set my amp to give my sub 1000w but the amp is 1200w do you guys think it can take 1200w in a sealed 2.6ft box without any problems?

Well, one of the coils on my mag are blown. Shortly after putting my sub from ported to sealed, I hear danggg danngg when the bass hit hard and I tested both coils...one reads 2 ohms, the other reads anywhere from 14-22 ohms. How much does it cost to get this fixed ? Ive had it for 2 years now, I bought it when the new mags were comin out and they were logoless (no it wasnt stolen, I have receipts from paypal where I sent Nick the $$). Can anyone help? Thanks

Would you recommend running RL-p's as spl subs?? I have two 15"s in a ported box W/ 2.5cu., and 900w rms each. The box is ported to 32hz. I was told that would be best for an LSQ set up. I was just wondering about going from LSQ to SPL.

I know you guys are thinking about how my radio has anything to do with SI...well, not having a radio for 4.5 weeks tends to drive an audiophile crazy.
