Well, I think I have ample time into this sub now, and I've been promising this review, so here it goes. First off, car and other equipment. Car is a Dodge Neon ES, headunit is a Sony GT330, front speakers are Powerbass 2xl-6.5's powered off the h/u, the sub is powered off of a Kicker KX400.1 at 2 ohm in 2.0 net sealed. Crossed at 90 hertz @ 12db per octave (only to help the coax's until I can amp them). Pics are in the other thread, for those interested. First thing I noticed listening to this sub is it's louder than my old Comp, which it should be, I'm giving it over 2x the power. I am looking to upgrade subs and i have been looking into both the Death row and death penalty. Im interested in a 15 What would you compare a death penalty to?? And would it work fine in a ported box at 3.5 cu ft or 3.0. And then what does the death row compare to and does it work in a ported box at 3.5 cu ft or even 3.0. Also how do these compare against each other and can they both handle 1500 watts rms??

I currently have a 12" L7 kicker DVC 4ohm With a 3.75^ 3.0cubic feet at 35hz enclosure. Im loooking into getting a subwoofer that can sound decently loud but CLEAN. The amp i have is a kicker mono amp 08 ZX 750.1. It is 2ohm stable. According to its birth sheet if i can remember correctly, it was putting out 823 rms watts. I was looking into the 12 inch lethal injection or the flat line but not sure their diffrences or what each one of these is ment for, what are your suggestions? i just ordered my 18" death row! ive been waiting to order it for about a month now. i sold my other sub and it just hasnt been the same without bass lol.

Does anyone have any experience with the new DP's. I am interested, possibly looking at a 15", eventually dual 15". I am running a xcon 18 now and it bangs. Well if you have heard them or have them please let me know how they stand up.

My question is aimed at LI owners, particularly the 10 and 12's. What kind of amplification have you/are you using, and what kind of box and volume? Do you think a single LI would be enough to match up with a decent front stage in a Mustang Convertible? What kind of power minimum can I look into using for it? Currently the system in it is an Alpine 7894 w/ AI-Net AUX in for the Ipod, Powerbass Chrome 5x7's up front, stock rears, both powered by the built in amp on the Alpine, and then an MTX RT2200 on an RF Punch HE10. Im going to start a build soon with 6 lethal injection 12's. Any input on amps? Itll be 3600 watts rms just the subs and honestly i cant afford a $700 amp, but any input will be appreciated!

Ok guys, im in the process of selling my current amp and sub... I have a buyer for my current sub but not the amp... heres the amp... Rockford FosgateP5002 I am planning on buying a 15" death row once my sub is sold, along with a new enclosure for it... But my question is... will my current amp be able to push it enough to get sound louder than it is right now hooked up to a 12" w3v3... this may sound like a noob question but i have really never underpowered a sub this much before...

Is the 40.1 ever gonna go back into production again? If so when would be an estimated year of release. This is really more curiosity than anything but if there is one I would definitely want one.

I recently got a dual 2 ohm 21" Incriminator Audio Death Penalty. I'm using a MmatsD200hc which puts out 1400 rms at 1 ohm. My box is ported and the specs are (minus sub displacement) 7.8 Cubes and tunes to 32hz. My gain was up about 3/4 and it started clicking on and off so i turned it down to 1/2 and it stopped. After that I fried it in about ten minutes. My recone just came in today. Can anyone tell me what went wrong?

this amp is by far my worst enemy because of it I need to get a new head unit or cd changer it has so much power I can't get a good 30sec. with out my hu skipping like mad. THANKS IA

Recently got in on the Incriminator Black and Blue December sale and purchased a pair of D4 15" LI series subs. These will be going in a 1998 GMC Sierra 4X4 extended cab with 3rd door. Rear seat has been removed so I have the whole back area for subs, amps and batteries. This will be a daily driver with an emphasis on SQ but with the ability to get loud. No competing just enjoyment. What I am wondering is, what would be a good design for the box? Will be going ported tuned to 35Hz.
