Incriminator Audio

I have a jl audio 1000/1 1000rms amp will 2 15" incriminator audio flatlyne work with this amp or should I go with something else. I have a McIntosh 400 rms amp and a focal utopia be componet set. I want some subs that will compliment what I already have. Experts please help

I don't have any exp with building a ported box. So I tried the RE Audio box builder. Some people have said it's off a little bit. This is what I came up with. My link Edit: I made it look at, as it's going into a Extended cab Dakota. The sub will be facing up. I will be making to 2 boxes like this. But will only be putting one sub and amp for now. Then add the other down the road if needed. And it's the IA Death Penalty 12" D2 i'll be getting.

Okay guys we are back in the house and ready to rock it again. Last week was a rough week to see Jonny go - but now I'm back and focused more than ever. It seems sad to think, but back in 2003ish Jonny machined the first Warden which at the time was a beast even more so than it is now, people have slightly caught up since then - we had to use an overhead crane to lower the top plate down - only to break the chain. May will mark the month that the Warden comes out after years and years of work. I'm ready to bring the pain in the lanes once again.......Gear up, its going to be a hell of a ride!

I have 4 INCRIMINATOR AUDIO DEATH PENALTY 18"s I need to know the air space ported for these can't seem to find it on site and want to get it just right. Also I was planning on using a US AMPS VLX-400 to push them do you think I need more for all 4? I have the Rockford 4000w but not sure about running 2 different amps on 4 subs that will be sharing a ported box. I am looking for another VLX-400 right now, it says at 1/4 OHMS it runs 5200w RMS should that be ok for the 4 of them. I am looking to go to SPL comps so I want to be sure I get it right first with the amps to the speakers to the air space.

Are the new wardens all out higher frequency SPL subs like the older ones? My application is more in the 24hz to 40hz range, more towards the lower end. Also it will be purely for music, no competition use, just demos. My plan is 2 warden 21s in a wall tuned to around 32, on two crescendo 3500s. The old wardens I heard you could ask for softer or harder spiders which would change up the response. Is that also available if the stock response is too high? Thanks

Hello IA Teams, I am planning to get a new sub woofer next month. I would like to try your DP 12" I would like to know if it is ok to put a 2000watts amplifier to it? with stock alternator 70A and a D3100 under my hood? ( I will replace the stock battery and no extra battery in my trunk) do you think that I will be facing a problem in the future or my current electrical setup will damage my equipment? Is it also possible that I put it in a 6th order bandpass tuned in series? I listen mostly to rap music and I don't have any plans in competing. Hey guys, So im gonna be buying a 12" lethal injection and the AQ1200d and i dont know what ohm load i should run it at. 2ohms and it would get 870 rms and at 4 ohms it will get 510 RMS. i have an 04 pontiac grand prix GT and i have the stock alt and battery right now. Thanks for the help!

Hey a buddy of mine wants me to buy him a 15" sub since he doesnt have internet at his home. He has a kicker zx1500, and I was wondering how the death row would handle that kind of power. I figure it will be fine but its not my money so i don't want to take any chances of him blowing his sub. Would I be better off just getting him a fully loade fi bl or an xcon, just to play it safe.

ok i just got a 40.1 used and I powered it up with no rca's and no load power light.so i hook up rca's and volt meter to gain match and it is in protect. so i unhook everything drain the caps with test light hook it back up and still in protect.then i turn the gain and notice when you wiggle the gain the power light come's on.so i hook up the multi and the amp has output voltage with the protect light on. so my question is is this amp in protect or is it working? should there be a out put voltage with it in protect? my other 40.1 has the same voltage as the one with the protect light. has anyone else seen this problem? i have the amps stacked with carpet between th…

I just feel that Incriminator Audio deserves some feedback on my recent purchase. On March 4th i sent Nick a payment around 8 am for 4-18" DP recones (that had to be built) and a used DP motor. On March 8th, Those MOFOs were already on my front porch!!! A+ customer service right there guys!!!

I ordered two DP 21" D2's from here and was wandering on how I should place them. I'm going to power them with the four JL 1000/1v2's that I have now, and this is all going in an 03 Ford Expedition. I want the box to go behind the second row of seats, so I have about 35" deep, 48" wide, and 32" high usable space to work with. So my question is; should I wall them, or do sub up port back? I'm looking to get as loud as possible on music. All suggestions are appreciated.

On the IA6.4, if you leave the crossover selector to "full" does that mean you can set the low pass at a certain frequency, and the high pass at a certain frequency? or do the HPF and LPF adjusters not work when its set to play full range? so example if i wanted a set of mids set to play 100hz to 5000hz, i could put the thing on full, then put the lpf to 100 and the hpf to 5k? (just an example)

Is there a vendor that builds a box for Lethal Injections specs, preferred w/neon. If I were to build one what would it be? Looking for best of both worlds-Low lows with wide freq. range. No space req. (Tahoe)

I just checked out the website and there's alot of info left out. I was looking at the subs and alot of the specs are missing and there are no box suggestions either, just for some of the 12s. The Death Row and Flatline series look cool. Are they power hungry or efficient? What's the excursion on those subs? I have a ported box, it's 3.5 cubes tuned to 34hz and the amp I have is the JBL 1200.II (puts out 1100 watts at 2 ohms). Would that be proper for either or those series of subs?

I installed 2 JL 10W3v3 in my brother's Ram 1500 under the back seat and they sound great, but i was thinking on a little more output. Would a direct switch with the IA 187 be noticeable? The box size is about .78 cu.ft after all displacement (with the W3's) and he is running a JL a1800 amp. Would this be a good idea, or would it just be better to stick with what he has now? Thanks guys.

I am building a wall in my car for my 2 new 21 inch dp's I wanted to know if anyone could recomened box size and port size I was thinking about tuning it to 33-37hertz any help would be apperciated. Thanks

I have the chance to possibly pick up a pair of 21" DP's in trade for my XXX-6500D and was wondering if it would be worth doing. I got an Astro not too long ago and planned a pair of 18"s with the 6500D but then this offer came along. The 21"s need reconed, but the amp is 7/10 cosmetic and 10/10 mechanical and just clamped 4589 @ 1ohm on 13.8V during the competition saturday. I was looking around on you tube and what not at flex videos and dB numbers and am very unimpressed so far! Thinking may be I should keep the 6500D and run a single 18" on it instead? something like an RD HeavyWeight 18" to be more specific. Otherwse I would prbably run the 21"s on 1500~ each. …
