Designs are now able to be purchased directly through FisherCustoms.com/store for $12 a piece. Between Chris and I, we are updating the store with the majority of the designs he has done over the years (and its more than just a few). This will take a lot of time to get everything up and running, but I feel, when its all said and done, can be very beneficial to the customer. The enclosure designs range anywhere from a simple sealed box, to flared port boxes with plexiglass windows, and beyond. Each design is displayed a simple, easy to view and understand format (SketchUp). All the layouts are pretty straight forward. The customer can find a design that will fit their nee…

Occasionally, I will have some extra enclosures laying around for whatever reason. Now that I have the store feature on the site, I will put them up for sale, instead of giving them to the garbage man. This thread will just be a place for me to post up links to the enclosures I currently have up. I might be adding some others up in the next couple days. Im not sure how many I have at the shop at the moment, as I just did a "clean up" not too long ago.

After spending many hours crunching numbers, I have come up with a pricing scale for the ICON combos. I feel these prices will be very hard to compete with, if you are in the market for some ICON drivers. Chris (IonSQL) has come up with a "standard" design for each enclosure (single 10", 12", 15" and dual 10" and 12"). This pricing only applies to the standard enclosures, but discounts will be offered with custom enclosures as well. Each design was made using SSA specs, and we were shooting for a good overall daily driver system. All the enclosures (with the exception of the single 10") feature a double baffle. The driver(s) will be shipped directly from the build house. …

Im sure it wont take long to figure out why the customer named it that. He is actually getting 2 different enclosures. I would say they are on opposite ends of the spectrum. First, we have 34 cubes ported, and tuned to 33 hz. And no, that is not a typo, I did say Thirty-Four! It is going to be the house for 4- 18" Fi SSD's. The second enclosure will be .35 cubes sealed. Not sure on the driver, but just a little 10. Here are the starting pics for the first enclosure...

This enclosure is for a pair of 12" SI Mag V4's. Customer wanted to go sealed, and make it very sexy. Between the customer and Dylan, I think they did a fantastic job. This might be one of the coolest projects I have ever done. Should not only sound great, but also should be very, very appealing to the eye when we are all finished Enough of my rambling, here are the pics from tonight.

Here is 2 of 2. Enjoy.... This box is off to a slow start.... if you dont know what project Im talking about, here is a thread about it http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=282423 Got started on this box Friday, cutting all the panels, except the bracing. Spent a little time working on the dual flare, and just couldnt get it to work. I went back to the drawing board, and tonight, got the correct spacing on the kerfs. Hopefully Chris will be able to redesign the flares with the new info. But here is a couple pics of what I have thus far. This should be a pretty cool build in the end....

This box is going to be so kickass. dylan is awesome at designing this thing, i wont post the rough pics unless he says its alright, but I'd be interested when this bad boy is built, to see a build log of it! Thanks BJ and dylan for all the time and work you've already put in!

This is 1 of 2 pretty cool builds I have going on right now. I thought I would share both of the logs with you guys as well. Hope you dont mind.... Some of you may have seen the other thread about this box... http://www.caraudio.com/forum/showthread.php?t=282794 But basically, its underway now. Got the panels cut, port areas painted, and sketched out the brace. More pics will come in the coming days.....

This is a pretty straight forward ported enclosure. We will have to bend the ports 90* to get the proper length. Fitment will be VERY tight, so Chris is running all the numbers again to guarantee clearance on everything. I could have swore I took more pics than this, but this is all thats on the camera. Ill grab some more once I get the holes and everything cut.

I think the point of this box may be to get LOUD! He is coming down to pick it up early next week, so I might snap a few pics of it in the Blazer as well. Still have to add a Chevy Bow Tie to the front, then wrap it in carpet.

So here are the first cuts. I finally had a few minutes in between studying for tests to make some progress. This is a varient if the center port 2-12" box that I had modified to better fit my trunk. I am by no means a wood worker, so don't pick on me too much. I need some assistance with the angles though. I have never done angled ports before, nor have I done a center port. Can anyone from Fisher Customs help me with setting things up? I would greatly appreciate it. If you need me to copy the email so you know the demensions, just let me know. Chris

Im interested in Turpan, if you'd divulge where you get it from? I don't want to mess around with MDF, hearing the horror stories. Thanks, Julian.

I believe this is the 4th mustang enclosure with similar designs. All have been ported using aeros. We changed it up a bit, and this might be one of the most difficult enclosures I have done, due to all the different angles. Teaser pic...

This is a little different build than what I have done before. The box is for a 12" SSA XCON and will be going in his Scion TC. Due to him having an amp rack and extra battery already in the back, we were slightly limited with space. Dylan change up the design style a little bit, and I will allow him to explain it. But from my knowledge, its basically a ported box with a loading chamber. Onto what is done so far...

Here we have a box for 8-10" drivers. Dont recall what subs he is running, and dont have the specs of the box with me. Maybe Dylan will step in with those. Using a pair of 6" ports for the vent, and all the subs will be flush mounted. Doing something a little different than usual. Might be a challenge to carpet, we will see tomorrow. Onto the pics...
