After spending many hours crunching numbers, I have come up with a pricing scale for the ICON combos. I feel these prices will be very hard to compete with, if you are in the market for some ICON drivers. Chris (IonSQL) has come up with a "standard" design for each enclosure (single 10", 12", 15" and dual 10" and 12"). This pricing only applies to the standard enclosures, but discounts will be offered with custom enclosures as well. Each design was made using SSA specs, and we were shooting for a good overall daily driver system. All the enclosures (with the exception of the single 10") feature a double baffle. Occasionally, I will have some extra enclosures laying around for whatever reason. Now that I have the store feature on the site, I will put them up for sale, instead of giving them to the garbage man. This thread will just be a place for me to post up links to the enclosures I currently have up. I might be adding some others up in the next couple days. Im not sure how many I have at the shop at the moment, as I just did a "clean up" not too long ago.

Im sure it wont take long to figure out why the customer named it that. He is actually getting 2 different enclosures. I would say they are on opposite ends of the spectrum. First, we have 34 cubes ported, and tuned to 33 hz. And no, that is not a typo, I did say Thirty-Four! It is going to be the house for 4- 18" Fi SSD's. The second enclosure will be .35 cubes sealed. Spent a little time working on the dual flare, and just couldnt get it to work. I went back to the drawing board, and tonight, got the correct spacing on the kerfs. Hopefully Chris will be able to redesign the flares with the new info. But here is a couple pics of what I have thus far. This should be a pretty cool build in the end....

This enclosure is for a pair of 12" SI Mag V4's. Customer wanted to go sealed, and make it very sexy. Between the customer and Dylan, I think they did a fantastic job. This might be one of the coolest projects I have ever done. Should not only sound great, but also should be very, very appealing to the eye when we are all finished Enough of my rambling, here are the pics from tonight.

This is a pretty straight forward ported enclosure. We will have to bend the ports 90* to get the proper length. Fitment will be VERY tight, so Chris is running all the numbers again to guarantee clearance on everything. I could have swore I took more pics than this, but this is all thats on the camera. Ill grab some more once I get the holes and everything cut.

Feels good to get in the groove again. This is a pretty straight forward build for a local guy here in Wichita. Will be finished off with black carpet in the next few days. Onto the pics...

This box is going to be so kickass. dylan is awesome at designing this thing, i wont post the rough pics unless he says its alright, but I'd be interested when this bad boy is built, to see a build log of it! Thanks BJ and dylan for all the time and work you've already put in!

Heres what happened. I sold the Q's and enclosure yesterday to the guy. It sounded damn nice in his jeep too. He just bought the jeep last Thursday btw. He said he went to sleep and got woke up to see this.... The Q's baskets sitting in the enclosure... The amp is leaning against the enclosure... I guess the firefighters said that the fire started from a faulty rear dome light. I feel so bad for him. The amp was actually mine. I let him borrow it until his AQ2200d gets here on the 10th. This is a fairly straight forward slot ported box. It will also feature a plexi window on the top, that will be engraved "SOU". The CNC part is finished, but no pics of it, due to the fact I dont want to take off the protective paper yet. The finish will be black carpet, with the inside of the box getting white paint. He is possibly going to be adding LEDs inside as well.

5.75cf @ 38Hz for a AQ HDC318 Only difference that was made from the design was that he decided to level the floor himself, so the extra stuff you see on the bottom of the enclosure was omitted. This box was also left bare.

I think the point of this box may be to get LOUD! He is coming down to pick it up early next week, so I might snap a few pics of it in the Blazer as well. Still have to add a Chevy Bow Tie to the front, then wrap it in carpet.

Got an enclosure for a single 18" Fi BL. 5 cubes @ 30 hz. Also, the customer wanted a plexiglass window installed on the front panel, and the driver top firing. Onto the pics...

This one is 3 cubes @ 35 hz for a trio of DD 1508's I believe. Used a pair of 4" precision ports and had to put an elbow on each. Box will be left bare and have all edges rounded over.

Center located port, double baffle on the front. Pretty straight forward. Customer wants white port and black carpet. Should look nice when complete.

Due to some crazy hours at work lately (and not looking to slow down anytime real soon), I have made the decision that I will no longer be building enclosures for an undetermined amount of time. It has been a very, very tough decision to make, but I feel it is necessary for my customers as well as FC as a whole. I do not get to spend nearly as much time on my computer at home these days, so emails sit in my inbox. When I do have time to answer emails, it is taking away time from the shop, and time is very limited right now. Customer service is just as important to me as the quality of the final product, so I feel the only way to fairly treat my customers is by shutting d…
