I was just curious as to what is needed to "join" team SSA. Any perks? Just wondeing what its all about.

Crazy I know, but after spending 4 years burping competition SPL setups in a Ranger, I had to take a leave from the hobby for college (it isn't cheap) but now I'm back. I drive a 100% stock 2007 Chevy Silverado V8 4dr. and in a few weeks I'll be driving from Baton Rouge, LA to Phoenix (1496 miles!) where me and my brother Mark with do a complete audio overhaul. I just started on the new design for my build. There's a few new details like new stainless accents, completely new enclosure design, and a new Mechman H/O alternator. Here's a few pix of what I've done so far: New bracket to hold the inline fuse under the hood. (10ga. 304 stainless steel) New front battery top strap. (10ga. 304 stainless steel) This could only mean one thing............. Common chamber for 2~15" Icon D1 - 8cf. @ 27hz I'll keep chugging away (weather permitting) and snappin' pix as I go. It's supposed to rain all weekend here so very little will happen in the next few days. The alternator should be here next week sometime.

Iv always wondered if you guys thought about making regular old t-shirts. Like say Team SSA or just SSA on the back with a small logo of a sub on the front or something. Just a thought i wouldn't mind having one or two.

You guys need to make some posters so I can hang them up in my dorm lol. I need a poster of the xcon 18s lol. I am about to run a giant SSA sticker across the wall.

I'll be in Penticton BC at the Canadian Finals "Okanogan Thunder 2009" on Aug 23 giving Demo's of the Xcons ...it's gonna be a big comp with over 300 cars and there is alot of clean Beach access in the area...should be a fun day hope to see a few of you guys there

start the new build for the SCION TC started with tons of second skin audio deadener i dont recall how much i used but everything got 2 layers i also got 2 seas tweeters that will be installed soon need to buy 2 more. made all new brackets for my mids in the front and back. Made a sealed box for 2 xcons 12 not finished but will have glassed finish on it.\ Re ran all the wires in the car so it looks nice and all hinden away more to come!! One of our competitotrs on teamssaudio Mike Diquattrio just burbed his stock xcons for the first time on a Audio Control 6000. I believe he's running 20k watts on two XCON 15" D2s. And yes I know it not a termlab, but here's the numbers he got so far with no tunning. Once I get more pics and vid's i'll post them up. I guess this "SQ" driver can get loud after all

anyone on teamssaudio wanting their own "[email protected]" let me know, i'll set it up. Again, this is for team members only. You can have what ever you want for a [email protected] set up. I can do a POP3 account where you down load your own info a program like window's mail, thunderbird etc... or a forwarding account and have your new address forward any mail to your existing email account.
