So I've decided to finally start this build after procastinating and having some free time here at work. Its that time of the year when it cools down a little outside and you thing about how you could improve on your current system. This is a sealed enclosure for reference purposes. It is 4ft3, made from 3/4" mdf. Started it last night and finished up this afternoon. Definitely louder than the Z15. With 4 12s though, I kinda expected it. Another design on the way...

Hello IAK!! Been a long time since Ive been in these parts but Im lookin to put together somethin nice for my kiddos car. Most of you may not remember me or just have no clue of who I am lol. 1999 Chevy S10 Running (2) Zv3-10's off of One NS-1 In IASCA Rookie Trunk/Truck I did a 147.6 Sealed off the windshield. (.3 DB down from the World Record) This was done with (1) battery XS D3400, (1) run of 1/0 Power wire, and Stock Alt. Also in IASCA I placed 3rd Overall in Flyweight with a 30sec. Average of 148 Which consisted of (2) batteries, and (2) runs of 1/0 Power I have recently dropped the power down to a saz2500 on the (2) Z's, soon to be a 2nd saz2500 and hopefully the new XS7500 WORLD FINALS 2012

It is a process and learning experience in the making. I have been doing builds for about 6 or 7 years now (been slacking last couple years lol), but never had a vehicle i wanted to sacrifice for a wall. Well i do now... so we need to work on our logo's. * for the front page of SSA under the team section. * For our window stickers and banners.... * for shirts and hats... looking for any suggestions as well as links to learn how to create them. curently several of ours were done by Sander. We liked them quite a bit. this is one i am playing with. it is a blueprint style..... i think i will change the IAK to all white and see how it looks then.... this is the same one, but in a cartoon style...

I will spend the next several days catching up this build log. I will be sure to cover the truck's history and how this became my new project.
