A local build, by my 2 besties. Jeep was tore down, from a privious large build, built, drove to slam from Utah to Indy, in less than a month. Drivers, are huge. Im usually not down, or into large "silly" drivers, but, these, where impressive in my eyes, and the 2, staying up night after night, crushed it. Well done mates. Vid at slamO, getting down. Hey SSA Family. Just checking in to give you guys an update to what I have been up to. Long story short, Valerie computer system got fried during the uninstallation of the previous build back in October. So as of right now, the silver explorer, Valerie, is taking a back seat for a while. The new build, is a 2003 ford excursion. For the 2017 season, I'll be using a street box, then walling it for 2018. Below is a video, let me know if you have any questions! The battery is an High Voltage bank, made of brand new lithium chemistry. Fully saturated voltage is 350v. I use 1 battery, 1 Taramps T 60k wired at .5 ohm on 6 SSA Evils.

Had a blast. Was hot as shit, and errrryone got burnt to shit,... but, fun was had by all. Burb ran better than it ever has in every way. Did all events (Psyclone, DB drag (meh) and bass race 599) First in all. Scores where hurt bad on our 30s runs by the hole, but, it did a new high on the burp (meh) , even a few clicks down, ... we couldnt be happier with how its running. On our 30s runs, the engine ran great set at 2k rev....and didnt sound like it was gonna toss a rod out the block at the end. Couldnt be happier with how its all performing, such a good feeling after all the work. Thanks for the look, hope to meet/see some of you in the lanes some day. My favorite thin…
