Finally got my PWK Designs enclosure built for my 18" xcon. The design is a series tuned 6th order and it's in an 07 Avalanche powered on an hifonics hfi 2k. With this set-up the amp is working great the last box had the sub begging for more power on the lows so I'm guessing my box rise with this design is much less. This is after about 30 min of play time and the subs suspension continues to break into this new box getting louder by the minute. I will try to make another video next week if I have my truck, the trannsmission has been having a lot of issues and is going back in Monday for the 5th time.

This is a BP box for Chris, aka Stetch on the forums, and his eight 12" Definitive Audio Designs BD woofers. All of this will be going in his 2000 Explorer Sport(tight fit, eh?). Each sealed chamber is 5.75ft^3, with a 20ft^3 common ported chamber tuned to 42hz. Bracing was not drawn in, but displacements were accounted for. The goal here was a loud groundpounder with the ability to play the 25-50hz range efficiently. Volume: dual 5.75ft^3 firing into 20ft^3 Tuning: 42hz Dimensions: 43"wide x 36" tall x 52" deep

Got the chuck's boxed up....waiting for potential buyers....gonna rock my teammate Jose's newly revised SA-12's until i get these sold! (Love those damn SA's btw) Gonna miss the Chuck's....but i got my eye on some new subs and a new box build! Got the last demo of the chuck's in this vid also....

well, iv had the 2 sundown sa8v2s in my 4th order box for a couple days. the one BIG thing i have noticed is i no longer have to open my doors or crack my windows for it to be loud. for instance when i have my f150 with the 2 hcca 15s on a aq3500, with my doors shut, it wasnt very loud.. AT ALL. but as soon as i cracked the windows, they got stupidd loud. with this 4th order box being my center console, they sound the same with windows sealed as they do with windows down. i love it! heres a short video i just shot today. ps, yes i know the plexi window is very scratched up but it came off a shitty prefab box that casey had.
