You should learn about more about the basics before trying to run such a big system.
  3. So, on my way to work today.. me and my co-workers were bumpin some "white girl." Unknown to us until we look closer at what is in front of us is an epic reproduction of what we were listening too, lol.. well metaphorically that is, hehe.
  4. That is the current model. We are progressively (like what I did there? ) moving all our drivers over to Nomex spiders (yellow ones you see in the photo there).
  5. Thanks, we felt from the get go, being honest and up front would be a nice change.
  6. Spoke to Scott details forwarderd over, currently in the middle of getting the CNC back up and running but he'll be in touch later today. Thanks!

Well, My 2007 White Diamond Escalade was awesome and we loved it. Low miles (58k) and still have over a year left on its certified warranty. So I decided since we were in good shape with it it was a good time to upgrade into something else. My wife sorta wanted something smaller because we have had big SUV's for the last 6 years or so. I was looking to get maybe a IS250 -350 but secided I would call up Cadillac and see since I already had history with them what they had that might fit the bill. I went out there with a fully loaded new CTS on my mind but after driving several cars I decided this was the best option especially since we have 2 kids and have been spoiled by space. This was the best driver too. Its a SRX crossover SUV and I will say this things drives better than the new CTS's by far. This mofo is so loaded it will take awhile to get use to it seriously. I can start this thing from my Iphone, lol. It doesnt use a key but just the key fob, when you get close it unlocks the door and sets the seat and mirrors to your setting, when my wife gets gets her key fob close it sets the seat to her settings. Since my truck is down getting overhauled figured I would post up a few photos of my new purchase. Some may wonder why trade a fully decked out Escalade for this but this is a upgrade for sure.
  8. Steel for Xcon and Zcon builds were wiped out faster then the steel supplier could replenish. The needed steel arrived at the build house Monday and they guys are working full tilt all this week to catch up and most orders will be shipping out next week. For future reference, email will usually get a faster answer.
  9. I was pushin my Btl N2s at around 3krms each and they held up fine...
  10. SSA decals! Ordered Sunday received Tuesday.
  11. WTF? At first I was wondering what tool would wash a car in direct sunlight, then it goes into gay shit.
  12. Nothing wrong with that!
  13. Gcon is lookin sexy
  14. Just catching up on your thread. Saw you said 8 10" fans and I thought holy hell thats a lot lol. I see what you meant tho. Either way, don't know if you picked up any or not yet. If not, I'd go for bearing vs bushing fan and not a China fan. Have not had very much luck out of them and the CFM rated is very exaggerated. Congrats on the new amp!
  15. Edit the title of your thread with your location, so your more likely to get someone's attention. Worst case scenario you go to the bar for a couple hours, come back and say: "They sound awesome."
  16. Thanks but I don't think I want the same success as you...lol You had lots o problems.
  17. That Xcon has a nice little tail on it.
  18. Xcon 10" next to a MTX 10"

  20. Dang i obviously missed these posts ive been so busy this week. I had considered running the sundown neo's but honestly im looking more for sq as most the time i drive i listen to rock and such. As loud as 8-12s are full tilt you really don't pay attention to whats being said you just enjoy the blurry vision and your car falling apart lol. That's how it is for me anyway. I plan to get ya'll some more pictures and and updates this weekend as im gonna try and get the majority of the pods done then. Tried today but i measured the hardener wrong and halfway through applying the resin on the other base plate it started to harden............ anyways i got the mids in and let me just say they are built like tanks.
  21. Well i got around to doing the base plate for one of the pods. It still needs another layer just wanna get the other door done and shaped then ill do them both at the same time. Also decided on different drivers since the other ones had such a limited range id more than likely have to run a large format tweeter to compensate. Peerless 6.5
  22. Well guys i got a small start on the door pods and got it screwed up for a test fitment. Over the next week ill make two fresh rings and get to fiberglassing them. I decided to go with four Dayton Audio RS180-4 7" Reference Woofers for the mid bass drivers if anyone has and suggestions on tweeters id much appreciate it. I was considering using 2-3 small full range drives up the pillars but im not sure if that will suffice or not.
  23. Finally got around to making the rear trim panel it really made everything look worlds better. Still working on some videos just been so busy lately.
