2 pointsOn Thursday and Friday, my days off of work, I did some trial with Plastic Dip, I'm really digging the look. So the plans for this weekend if theres enough time, is to continue with it on the rest of the truck. So that it blends in more. Currently, the things like my side panels, roof rack, and other little mint pieces are black, but they are more of a charcoal black vs the plastic dip's flat black. Heres some pictures of what I've done so far. The rims, door handles, and gas tank cover. Please, let me know what you guys think! In no paticular order lol. P.S. Evil is still breaking shit.2 points

2 pointsI still have to build the pocket under the table, to hide the sewing machine, 2 supports for drawers, one on each side of the table and a drawer (one of them was missing for some reason)2 points

Traded Sp4 Motor & Basket for Mint DD9500
Slow your roll my friends. If you can't take constructive criticism then you are in the wrong place. We don't sugar coat the truth, if you disagree with something that someone said then you need to state that and explain your reasoning. Don't resort to name calling or you will be gone quickly.2 points

1 pointVisual cues do affect the sound imo. If I can not see a speaker then it is harder to locate by sound only. This is why hlcd's are so effective in producing a sound stage imo.1 point- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

found a leak in the tank, along with 2 others but all good now. the door pods look like shit atm. I had to throw them in to get ready for a comp next week and this will give me an idea on how they work out before i get too into it. will be a lot more "prettying" up after the comp in a week. Just trying to get where I can get points and atm I have no garage and the rain is killing me.1 point- Options for FI SSD

so, someone who is clearly being sarcastic, and a ass to me..then i respond but im the one who will be gone soon? lmao. you take this internet job serious i see..your like a security guard, your not a real officer sir. if anybody disrespects me or talks rude, then you will get it back..including you. i never was rude to not one person on here, and if some one wants to help thats fine but you can say things in a manor that does not come off rude, disrespectful, arrogant ect. so dont tell me nothing about my RESPONSE to some one who clearly was wrong in the 1st place. wrong is wrong..so maybe you should be addressing the people who created this situation when im on defense.1 point- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

1 point- massive audio amps
1 pointI've not used the Nano Mono amps, but have the regular Nano amps and a couple of their other amps. GREAT amps. Me, personally, I would choose them over Crescendo, but I have not personally used Crescendo, so take that however you like. Massive actually has their own engineers and do some of their own designing versus just ordering via a buildsheet and making some small cosmetic changes here and there.1 point- Competition

-1 pointsIs it? Never been in a vehicle before that I knew how loud it was. Before going I assumed I would hit 150db. But isn't 147.9 at 32hz harder than say 42hz? Or am I dreaming lol? Thank you for the compliment!-1 points- Competition
-1 pointsThanks nem. Ya john i was surprised too. My wife held mic in her floorboard/dash area and I opened my door back and forth which is what someone there did with good results so I tried it. Only did a 154 in port wars-1 points- Competition
-1 pointsThere were 6 in my class. 25 total. next comp ill just play a sweep outlaw to see where my sweet spot is. obviously 32 sealed lol i have two ports turning into one-1 points- Competition

-1 pointsToday will be my first competition. Its only local but it still is exciting for me. Im mostly excited to see what numbers Im putting up as Im running my system and to see how things are operated as ive never even attended a show before. Wish me luck! Goin to rep some SSA and convert some of these main stream nut huggers-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsThanks guys, yes they are ported to 32hz. Tearz, im right at 148 now and I discovered one of my amp gains were down a little for that competition. So im HOPING with time, proper tuning and a little more sound deadener ill be at 150. And correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure I could build a comp box at say 45hz and do the 150 now? I could be wayyyy off but I was thinking I was told its much easier to get loud at higher tunings?-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsI take the most pride in the fact that I am doing these numbers and moving this much air while keeping my rear seat for my kids AND having room to haul groceries/trash in the back. As you can see from the pick I went tall instead of deep to keep some usable space back there.-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsThanks concept! Yes im goin to have my daughter paint it nice for me. She is the only girl in her SHOP class and they have been doing some painting this year. She is very talented and excited to do it for me. Ill prob end up doing black with white port. Im open to suggestions tho!-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsLoving everything about them Alton! I had my first oh shit moment the other day. My amps have a set ssf at 28hz, so while trying to get videos I ended up on a sweep from 20-60 and even with the ssf on, the subs bottomed HARD for a few seconds. I nearly shit my pants, but lo and behold not so much as a smell, tear, or any sign of damage. Made is USA ftw.-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsAbsolutley no idea Polish. I got there late, lucky a nice guy let me use his personal meter to find my sweet spot real quick which was 32. I only got 30 seconds to compete so I played a 32hz tone and crossed my fingers. I can prob get back up with that guy if those numbers at those frequencies would help me see what I could gain?-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsI appreciate that a ton nadcicle, I hear they put on show pretty often in a place called Lebanon, TN. Im thinking about making a road trip down the next time they have one. Where would I find info on that btw?-1 points- 98 grandprix,SSA,Crescendo, build
-1 pointsNot to thread jack, but can building up your electrical help enough to see a difference at the meter? For instance I only have a 270a alt diehard platinum under hood and a small stinger 35a battery in back. Im running two sub amps and one highs amp. Would I see a gain by adding more batts or would it be the same and only be able to hold notes longer before losing db?-1 points- Teaser vids
-1 pointsAfter watching some of the other videos in here I am a little ashamed to post mine But either way im proud of it and my score so here ya go http://s1169.photobucket.com/user/xAXEHAMMERx/media/video-2013-03-28-08-08-25_zpsf1c87411.mp4.html http://s1169.photobucket.com/user/xAXEHAMMERx/media/video-2013-03-28-08-08-58_zps6be4d75c.mp4.html Could not figure out how to make them play here, sorry.-1 points- Best X-over frequency?
-1 pointsJust my personal opinion on the gains. I would definatly go louder with the radio and back off on the gains. Just for the reason you will not be stressing your amp NEAR as much. As it is now, you are showing it very little voltage and asking it to amplify it greatly. As to turning your deck up would allow it to send closer to rated voltage, therefore, you can turn your gains way down and your equipment should last longer and sound better. if your deck goes to 45 I would set gains with volume at around 30 that way the deck isn't clipping but is sending good voltage to amp.-1 points- funny car audio pictures?
-1 points- Mystery Package?
-1 points- Z v3 15" or 18" ?
-1 pointsWith that airspace, I say pull the trigger on the 18. Why not, and your heart will be happy! Also with that power, your box will be more efficient also. In theory you have recommended RMS wattage, but I also know sundown is underrated some what. Bottom line, I personally think the 18 would be great in that enclosure with your power. But im far from any expert.-1 points- A Chance to Win A Free Team Fi Sub!!
